    • Tires

I am not a bitter person or trying to put this place down. As a customer, you have to protect yourself from any dishonest merchants.
I have been a customer for this shop for years but I decided not to return to do any business.
I have purchased a number of tires for my cars. Before you purchase, I recommend you to check the DOT dates on the tires. They are usually old and old tires are not safe, and also check the tires visually with your own eyes if there are any plug-ins, repairs and/or patches. I have a couple of experiences that tires were fixed and I was not told about it before purchase was made. The shop employee would not tell you anything any way. Everything is on your shoulders.
And if you already purchased tires, you may want to check when tires are manufactured.

DO NOT BOOK WITH SANDY'S. IT WILL SCREW YOU AT THE LAST MINUTE AND YOU WILL NOT FIND ANY OTHER BOAT THAT CAN TAKE YOU.

I will try to make it as short as possible.

This fishing activity is the biggest reason for our Hawaiian trip because my 10-year son really wanted to try and was looking forward to it.

We booked 2-3 months ago with Sandy's, and it was all good and confirmed then.
The day before the fishing day, at 5 pm, and the boat is to leave from the port 6 am next morning, I received an email from Sandy's that our trip is cancelled. The same day in the morning, Sandy's even sent me an email that everything is confirmed and on the schedule.

Around 7:30 pm, we called Sandy's multiple times but no one picked up the phone and no one called me back - we sent our phone number via SNS messenger. Voicemail box was full. Our hotel was only 10 minutes away from Sandy's so we decided to drive to Sandy's to ask but we could not find the office.

At the port, I asked other fishermen if they knew Sandy's and one fisherman said Sandy's is out from the water for months. Sandy's knew our fishing trip was not going to happen and kept quiet about it until the last day.

This place is dishonest and it will ruin your plan.

P.S. my experience is just same another reviewer, Steve L.

I am not a bitter person to give negative feedback unless I really have to, but I would like to let you guys to check your orders before you leave.
It happened to me twice in a row, one happened last Sunday and the other one about some weekends ago. I called in to order our usual and drove to pick up. The plastic bag did not have what I ordered. I ordered deep fried egg rolls but it has fried rice. I kinda tried to understand and accept the mistake just because I assumed she heard only 'fried' part on the phone when I was ordering. The egg rolls are my kid's favorite so I had to call and drive back to the restaurant to pick it up. I drove total over 20 miles.
Second incident was not acceptable. It was totally a wrong order from what I ordered. When I arrived at the restaurant, waiter said my order is on the far left on the table and I picked it up without any doubt at all. I had no idea it was someone else's order, there were 3 Phos in the bag, and they were just regular Phos, not what I ordered. I was bit pissed off because it happened again. I called the restaurant and complained but what waiter said made me to lose my temper. I understand some cultures, or countries, saying 'I am sorry' is not common and maybe not easy, but the first thing this guy was asking was how much I paid instead of saying I am sorry.
I returned to the restaurant to pick up the egg rolls and he was very casually saying its on the table, no sign of apology or even admitting the mistake. Good thing I did not expect to hear I am sorry but it left a bitter taste around my mouth. I said to him, this is second time in a row I ended up with wrong orders and the only thing he said was he is new, and walked away back to the kitchen. And I drove total over 20 miles again...
I am to try to visit another Vietnamese restaurant across the street, but if you ever pick up food from this place, I recommend you to open your bag and check your order before you leave if you dont want to drive over 20 miles for one noodle soup.

It was September 4th, Monday night on the way back home from Las Vegas, we stopped at this location because I 6-year-old son was hungry and he wanted teriyaki chicken. There was Panda Express in walking distance but it was busy and line was long so we chose Hana Grill.
The first thing, it was so hot inside. It felt like no AC was on whole day. Very unpleasantly stuffy and no AC was on but we would eat in the car. So we ordered teriyaki chicken bowl with no vegetable but the owners, old mom & pop, never greeted us and very unkind. I speak the same language that owners do so I spoke it but still no smile or any kinda conversation - no responses at all. I said to myself, ok then forget it...
We got what we ordered; it was just horrible. My son had one very small bite and did not want it any more. I looked at it and had one bite as well. Chicken was dry and burnt. It was like snowflakes or dried up bread piece. Fork could not pick up because chicken pieces were breaking apart... It has been in the pot for whole day it was bitter. And still came with vegetable and I am very sure it was left over from that day. All the vegetable pieces were small and it was nothing but scraps, ones that you see at the bottom of pot, the left overs... Rice was dry too. When cooked rice is in the rice machine pot for a long time, rice becomes bad and it was just like that.
Bad owners with worse food at hot stuffy store, they do not motivate me to go back to this place.
We ended up returning back to Panda Express...

My son is still attending this school for 2 years. We worried how he would adopt this school and new environment from day one. Luckily my son liked the school and couldnt wait till Monday to attend. We had some issues with the previous director who is no longer with school.
We never tried any other schools so we have nothing to compare with, but this school must be doing something right. I have talked with other parents and they all said the same thing I have been feeling about the school. Their kids like the school very much just like my son and school's program is better than others.
It is a private school so school knows what parents expect and it does its best to meet it. I can tell its education teaching level is high and specially teaching staffs as Ms. Cynthia who is energetic and always there to assist you and your child may be the biggest asset. She is a very good teacher and most importantly, my son likes her.
I still have so much to write about this school, mostly good things but it was precious 2 years of my son's life that were spent at this school and I highly recommend to consider this school for your kid's institution.
