Save time and money and have a better experience by walking down to JAX BBQ, this place very dry BBQ - we had the ribs and brisket, manager tried to get another batch but still not good. Overpriced and bad service to sandwich the bad food.
This place has cut the amount of peanut butter in their PB Acai for the second time in two years, to almost nothing. They keep trying to reduce costs while making a worse and worse product. This location is always slow and now they've removed seating so expect to stand and wait for a bad product.
Sat at 1:30, waited 30 mins in line and 15 for a simple bagel. Staff was clueless and inefficient. Good news is that bagel was good and the price decent.
They need to pay for Pandora instead of playing ads and smooth jazz...not cool. Slow service and plain drinks/cocktails. Credit card machines were not working and their tables are wobbly with uncomfortable chairs. Restrooms are down the elevator on the 2nd floor. This is a dead hood.
Good parts are that they have great wine pours and great views and it's not too packed during April. The views would be especially nice in the warm weather but in the cold the windows are prepped like a Dexter kill - all saran wrapped.
Great shop with a retro Americana vibe yet a modern Asian spin. Great music (mostly American rock) was there while you wait. These guys pay close attention to detail and offer a full service with thorough washing and massage. They even trim beards and do full barber shaves which apparently is VERY hard to find here. Henry was extremely helpful as a great English translator and the owner was there as well, he's super chill and a nice small business owner. A little off the beaten path but worth it - need a reso but mine was quick. Be clear what services you need as they need to make an accurate reservation.
