The Raynham GEICO office made an appointment with me for something their office does not do, even though I was very clear about what I needed. I went over the checklist with them for what I needed to bring, based on the RMV website, for the meeting since it was a long drive and I didn't want to have to make two trips. The person I had the meeting with was completely rude, browbeating me in the waiting area for documents that I didn't need for the type of transaction that I was there to do, and finally said that they don't even do that type of transaction. After a few minutes of him arguing with me, pushing me around for documents that I didn't need, interrupting me repeatedly, and completely shutting me down, I shook my head, eyes downcast with disappointment, and muttered, "I can't even believe how rude you are." He yelled at me, "And you can leave my office, right now!" As I walked out, I told him I would be sure to report to GEICO how helpful he had been. He followed me to the door, continuing to antagonize me, and yelled, "Be sure that you do! My name is Ruben! I'll even spell it for you to make sure that you get it right!" I went out to my car and called GEICO to find out what to do next. While I was on the call, another man came out of the office, walked right up to my vehicle, eyeballing it, I'm pretty sure took a picture of my license plate with their phone, and went back into the office. Unbelievable. I opened a policy with a different insurance company and dropped GEICO. Worst customer service ever.

Everything about this place is warm and wonderful! The food is delicious, perfect Italian-American fare. Prices are more than reasonable. You will be treated like family and the ambiance is welcoming, cozy, warm, and perfectly curated for that classic Italian-American restaurant experience (fun Italian-American music and all!) I definitely recommend Ziti's Italian Trattoria!

A side of canned hash, two very undercooked eggs, and a cup of lousy weak coffee = $16 + tax (but the menu said a side of hash is $4.95). My friends were all overcharged too. Had to wait about 15 minutes for our order to be taken. Waited 30 minutes or so and had to seek out coffee refills. They weren't even that busy. No wonder. Who can afford it? This has been happening for a few years now, not matter what we order. I spoke up about it and said I was done going there. It took me a very long time to say something about it because I was being polite and just sucking it up. But I knew I was getting ripped off. Their reply, "Good. We don't need you." It's too bad. I used to like this place

Staff looks bored, No smiles, no welcoming demeanor, kinda seemed inconvenienced even though they were dead (and no wonder why). My sashimi was served over wilted iceberg lettuce, and the spicy tuna roll was wayyy too spicy. Not planning a return visit and I don't recommend this restaurant.
