Aug 23, 2023Hours say they open at 9am. I came twice on two different occasions. 2 days ago at noon and they weren't open. Today at 10:34am and they aren't open .

Feb 17, 2023I love how fresh the sandwiches are here. I recommend ordering a head of time as this place gets busy. Definitely will be back to try other options on the menu !

Update: Lynn reached out to me to find out exactly what happened. She was kind enough to refund me while getting feedback on what was done poorly for me to have that kind of experience. I appreciate her taking the time to listen and stating how she'd work on getting things right if there were to be a next time in the future. I personally don't know how I'd feel about returning, but I appreciate that she took the time to try to resolve the issue.

Hello Linda, Thank you for your feedback, I'm very surprised and sad as the same time hearing this. Kim is usually love design and she can do most of the design. some photos I used bc the lighting is better but if you go on our instagram all the posts pic from our techs and they even have name for you to know who did what. I really upset about your case cause Kim will ask clients how they want their nails, keep or starts over. Pls contact me 7144689088. I really want to take care of you. I won't let u down if you are clients from here bc I check with our manager, We didn't recognize you and also ur name on the 8. lynnFeb 8, 2022Previous reviewI came here assuming the designs posted was made by the nail techs here but it wasn't. When I showed Kim a photo if what I wanted, I heard another associate squeal saying oh we just posted that photo up! Kim did as close to the photo as possible but my issue is how she did my nails. I just needed a dip fill and she ended up cutting down my real nails and making the dip hollow between my nail qnd the dip. I usually go else where and have never had issues until coming here. Since coming here I've had to have my nails redone because Kim messed up my nails where as when I didn't come here, it was my first time here and my last. Really disappointed how my service ended up becoming a nightmare and definitely won't be returning.
Jul 4, 2019Yelp says this place is open till 11pm. I came here at 9pm and it was actually closed. I even looked around to see if the hours were posted differently else where but I couldn't find it so I ended up having to go someplace else. Very unprofessional to have hours posted and that this place should have been open. If there was some type of emergency, there should have been a sign up. There were no notes no signs. Just a closed restaurant that should have been opened.

Jul 3, 2019After a flight from NY to CA arrived, it was wasn't too late but it was definitely past dinner. My husband and I just looked for anything open just to grab a late dinner before driving back to SoCal.
We were the last customers they had for the day since they locked the door behind us. But they were kind enough to take our order in before closing the doors. We ordered dumplings, noodles, and buns for take out to bring back for the kids to eat. I would say this was ok and not the best of the best but given the time and that nothing in the area was open (that my kids wanted), this was the only option left and I was just grateful they took our order.
The service was great and the food wasn't too bad. I may come back and actually dine in next time for an updated review but overall I just really liked the service here the most.
