Great food, friendly service, and portions that fully justify the price. Can't wait to site this place to every guest I have come in from out of town.

Food was great but poor customer service is a sure way to sink your business. I had been a loyal customer of Carolyn's, so much so that I'd earned a $10 off discount from Uber Eats. Unfortunately a frequent issue at this restaurant is an inability to keep inventory. so true to form, my order was cancelled tonight. In cancelling the order the restaurant staff also revoked the discount I earned. When I asked to simply swap out the item over the phone for one of the exact same price I was flatly told no, thus losing any discount I earned. And when I called back to ask how it could be remedied I was simply told they "have no power" over the discount that they issued nor the order they cancelled, despite the fact that I was speaking to the establishment directly. Just a "sorry for the inconvenience". I understand that hiring young people is necessary when running a fast casual food business but if they're not trained on how to at least sound helpful to confused customers, perhaps a grown up should be running the store. I may be back but they're much lower on my list of go to's now.

Awesome, friendly service. Curry lobster was divine, as was the vegan bowl. I THOUGHT the henny punch was light on henny...until I stood up. A true sleeper.

Food and drinks are just ok. Not sure if they're under new management since I was there in Summer 2020 but it feels pretty low class now.

As I was walking to the hostess booth, some guy (manager? Bouncer??) threw his whole body in front of me. Thankfully we didn't collide. He only asked in a fake-friendly voice if I'd booked a reservation. I understand if restaurant policy is to only accept patrons with reservations but why the full-on NHL body check? You couldn't just tell me that at the hostess booth which is immediately adjacent to your entryway? You had to physically block my entry into the space?

Once our friendly neighborhood offensive lineman allowed me to be seated, we ordered table side guacamole (meh - the spicy needs more spice) , crispy cilantro wings (delish), a pitcher of Rose Sangria (a bit sweet, but not bad ), and two chicken-steak fajitas (forgettable). The food was just ok. Presentation and ambiance weren't enough to make up for flavorless guacamole and fajitas. They used to keep hot sauce on the table which I'm guessing is a COVID issue but that would have made things infinitely better. I forgot to ask for it,

Service was ok. People were friendly and helpful. I will caution that the gratuity added to your bill is 20%. Worked out for us because our people weren't rude or anything and that's my base tip anyway. But I'd imagine staring at 15-18% and allowing people to add would be a good idea in case they get a server trained by that bouncer guy.

Edit: read some more reviews and yes it was the short, fat, balding guy who was rude to me too.
