Bill Wood came to our house and helped us set up our ADT security system. At first we weren't quite sure if we wanted home security. He did a fantastic job explaining in detail how the system works, and he answered all our questions and concerns. The actual installation was done by Jessie (set up by Bill), and went very smoothly. Jessie also took time to explain how everything works. After the installation, Bill came over that evening to check in on us and to make sure everything was fine and to see if we had more questions (which we did). He also taught us a few "short cuts" which we found very helpful. All in all, service was excellent and top notch. We feel very secure in our new home, and we feel taken care of by Bill. He is quick to respond with helpful information. We highly recommend him.
