We ordered 1 burrito/soft taco box and was charged and received 3. We are a family of 4. I asked for 10 fire and 5 Diablo packets and received mild and hot instead. Ordered online. Hubby calked me upon arrival because they couldn't find the order info. A pickup name as well as my credit card name were all provided. One nacho was ordered lite bean, extra meat and cheese. The toppings were all dumped thick in one spot making these nachos absolutely inedible. One bite was attempted and spit right out.
I work in a professional kitchen. I understand mistakes can happen. However, a pos system should make things crystal clear. And, placing an order on line should be a double check that what you ordered would be correct.
Folks always seem surprised we rarely eat out. This is why. After working my shift, holiday shifts and covering maternity leaves I am exhausted and just wanted a day off to rest and relax before going back at it again tomorrow. The kids wanted Taco Bell. I'm exhausted so that was fine with me. And.....this was my reward for days and days and days of work with no break. Overcharged, mixed up, partial inedible food.
I contacted corporate. I'm sure I'll hear from them in a week or so and be offered credit even though I was charged for food we did not order or want. They'll keep the overcharged fee and force us to go thru this madness again.
I knew better. This isn't healthy food my family deserves anyway. A day of rest sounded better then using common sense. And here we are....with enough soft burritos and tacos to feed our village, inedible food thrown away, a bag of sauces no one wanted and $40 too much taken from my bank account.
Lesson learned: eat healthy and eat local. Mom and pop care. Corporate never will. Kids want this crap again they are on their own. Too much aggravation to spend my money here ever again.
The best out on the town food experience we've had in a long time. The waiter was absolutely top notch. I wish I could steal him for our restaurant.
White peach sangria was so refreshing. Steak, lobster and shrimp were all perfectly seasoned and cooked. Far exceeded my expectations. Will definitely return this n our next trip to the big city.
We were so excited to find a Lee's when we moved this way 5 years ago. Today was the third time a family member had made the 40 minute round trip to pick up dinner only to have things missing. Third time a call has to be made and a gift certificate mailed to us. This was our last order.
I have worked in food and customer service for decades. I have always tried to be understanding. But these orders are not complicated!!! Double check an order! It's a simple 2 step system. Take pride in your work. I don't want biscuits in a week. I paid for them today. For dinner tonight. No refund. Just a piece of paper in the mail that is useless to us now. This is obviously not a single employee issue.
This is why I cook 99% of the time. This is not a treat for us if I am not getting what I paid for. I work my ass off for my money and my customers leave happy. I have a rare Saturday off and thought it would be nice and relaxing and have someone else do the cooking. That was a huge $51 mistake.
Girl on the phone was nice but yeah....DONE!!!! congrats!! You have once again failed at filling a simple order that my severely MR/DD son could handle.

My hometown had a Lee's back in the 80's. Fantastic food! Everyone was surprised when they closed.
Our town was then left with a competitor that remains to this day. A competitor whose food quality has progressively gotten worse. Selling greasy, fatty bird. We could no longer war there.
We recently moved and I was thrilled to find a Lee's. We bought a bucket of spicy chicken with sides and a large order of livers (the competitor stopped carrying those this past year, too)
My husband had never had Lee's. He was an instant fan. The chicken was crispy, NOT greasy, full of flavor and was all meat (no weird fat). The livers were tender and delicious and the quantity was impressive. The sides were good and everything was served hot.
I am happy to report that we have fallen back in love with chicken by the bucket!!
Always a special treat for us while we are in town. I have learned through the years that if it sounds weird I need to try it!! Jealous's never disappoints!
Been a few years since we have stopped in here. Nice, cozy hangout with reasonable prices.
