Terrible service today. Changed process on kiosk to no cups so you have to wait until the order is complete. Stupid change because you have to wait for no reason. Today my bagel was not with the other items. Never called my name. It was cold by then. She claimed she called but I doubt she really tired. Other people milling close to my stuff just left on the front counter.

Terrible. Terrible terrible

Tonight's meal was a disaster. Food came out really cold, to the point I question whether they actually cook ribs or just reheat it from a bag. Server hadn't come by and I'm not eating. Finally manager happens to walk by and says he would be back in 2 or 3 minutes but more like 7 or 8 minutes pass.

At the point I'm pissed enough I don't care anymore and spouse is finished. He knocked off $10 without asking but I care less about the money as the service.

We take it to go and leave. I would have rather just removed it completely, I don't take it and go to White Castle or ChickFilet

Always pretty good. Couldn't decide between 4 or 5 stars. They need some smaller portion dishes.

Service is generally good.
