I ordered a new iPhone online and showed up to collect it at my appointed time window. I was greeted almost immediately and checked in. Then I was told to wait and somebody would get my order. Five minutes later I was sat at a table while they assisted me in setting up my new phone. It was a highly efficient process and everybody was super-friendly and helpful. I was very glad to have ordered online since the line to buy new phones filled the front of the store! The only downside of this location is the parking at Alderwood, which is horrible on the weekends. It took me a while to find a spot. Why they didn't build a parking garage after expanding is beyond me.

I'm not a coffee drinker, so I avoided this place until I heard they serve gelato, which I would stop for occasionally whenever I wanted to treat myself. Then I saw they had good-looking sandwiches, so I ate there a couple times for a nice lunch. And now? Now I learned they have pizza, lasagna, mac & cheese, and other food dishes, so I decided to give them a try for an early dinner.

Amazing, amazing stuff. My margarita pizza was easily the best pizza I've had in the valley... crispy yet chewy thin crust topped with dices of tomatoes and beautifully browned cheese and herbs. The mac & cheese was rich and creamy with big pasta pieces that were perfectly cooked... AND it came with a terrific side salad that had tasty greens, carrot and green apple shreds, onions, and an apple cider vinaigrette so good that made me want to lick the plate. Every bite was quality through and through, and the flavors were fantastic.

So... a delicious meal, and I felt like I got my money's worth (and more!). What's the catch? Well, this is a coffee nook, not a restaurant. This means that there are only four small tables to sit at, they are only open from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and if there's a crowd you'll be waiting a while for your food. This means eating here can be a bit of a chore, but I'd say it's entirely worth the trouble. If they ever get enough business that they can expand into a restaurant space, extend their hours for dinner, and add some more delicious features to their menu... they'll have a destination-worthy, five-star culinary attraction on their hands. Highly recommended.
