John was a kind and friendly right from the beginning. We made polite conversation and he made me feel at ease. He is very knowledgeable about his trade and went above and beyond to make sure I have good service. He didn't recommend anything outrageous for additional service recommendations. We have been customers of MSP for a few years now and have always had great experiences with the technicians that come to our home.

There was no wait when I got there. All the staff were kind and helpful. Nicole did my nails and helped me figure out what I wanted (I haven't had my nails done in years). We went with the GelX and I love how they turned out. Looking forward to my next appointment in a few weeks!

Came here for dinner before a concert. No idea why there are any bad reviews here, they do not take into consideration Japanese culture and the new-ness of the restaurant itself. The portion sizes are correct for Japanese cuisine. We had the shishito peppers, wagyu sushi, cucumber salad, spicy miso negima skewer, and miso chicken katsu. All of the dishes were explosive with flavor and so fresh. The yuzu sake cocktail was incredible. I should have had more.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at SHEP. From the moment I entered the salon I was greeted with kindness and positivity. Madison took care of me a was a joy to talk with. Aside from the standard chit chat (which was very fun), she explained what all of the products were that she used in my hair, how they work, and how to combine them for the best result. She also gave me some tips on how to keep my locks looking their best and keep their curl. My hair looks amazing! Next time I visit the area I will definitely be stopping by for another session.
