This place was not great. My nail lady was very rushed, looking at the clock the whole time. She didnt even remove all of my nail polish before starting to paint the new color. Didn't clean up the skin around my nails at all. Did the pumice thing for about 5 seconds. My nails are uneven and bumpy and the edges of all my toenails don't have paint in them. She was checking her Facebook while checking me out ( I saw her phone). I called the next day to speak to manager, who wasn't available and then all of a sudden came in the phone, told me she couldn't do anything because it was the other location, even though I called the number on my receipt. Gave me the other number to call which was "the voicemail has not yet been set up" , click. I called back several times, called the 1st place, yada yada. Called back and forth to no avail...still trying to figure out how to get my money back. This is the 1st pedicure I've had in 3 years and it was my birthday. It sucks it was such a bad experience.

So I went to Mugs about a year ago and had a bagel breakfast sandwich, I think it was the lox, I remember it being amazing. I went back today and ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich, I think they called it the fresh start. The girl was nice but I noticed the dude in the back made my eggs in a plastic bowl in the microwave!!! So #1, I do not microwave plastic for a reason. #2 I came to mugs because they are all local and earth friendly or whatever. I spent 7 bucks on microwaved eggs!! I would expect this from McDonalds but a local place like this?? WTF? Plus the sandwich kinda sucked, I needed more goo, it was very dry. Probably not going back. Next time I decide to actually spend that much on a breakfast bagel I will go elsewhere.

I love the Co-Op!!! They have awesome dips and a great selection of local products with decent pricing. In comparison to the other local health food stores, the money is well spent and going into our lovely little town; it makes me get that warm fuzzy feeling. I would rather give my money to the co-op than a corporate business like Whole Foods. The people there are very knowledgeable and I especially love the awesome outreach director who has made positive changes and creative new ideas for the business.

Went there today for the Sunday brunch buffett, it was pretty tasty if I do say so myself. I love that they had biscuits and gravy in the buffet and chocolate fondue! The waitress was very nice and the atmosphere was open and bright. They have a menu so you can order up a fresh omlet or french toast which I thought was pretty cool. All and all I would go again, however, I do agree that for $10.95 a person it should include coffee or a beverage other than water.
