Unorganized, wasted my time with a consultation. Back and forth information and caught the dentist in a lie. Took my business elsewhere.

If you are looking for legal advice and representation, I would highly recommend the law firm, McOmber & McOmber. They were extremely professional from start to finish and I was kept well-informed and up-to-date throughout the entire process. They were very responsive and made me feel like I was a priority at all times. They explained the law and my rights in plain language and spent time making sure I fully understood every aspect of my case. McOmber & McOmber exceeded my expectations completely and based on their patience, responsiveness, knowledge, compassion, and follow through, I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone looking for representation.

I went for a Invisilig/Clear Correct consultation and I didn't like how it went.

I was quoted around $6,500. When I told him other consultations were much lower he told he was shocked that was possible. We decided to send impressions out to get a better idea of treatment plan and price. What I found weird was every time I asked whether I would be getting Invisilign or clear correct I kept being told they were "the same thing" even though they are completely different companies and trays. Didn't give me anything in writing, either.

Didn't hear back on impressions, so I called them. Was promised a call back at lunch time. Didn't get it. Got a call the next day with very vague information. I called again and was told Dr. Dooley would call by end of the day. Never got call. I sent 3 Facebook messages (Thurs, Fri, Sat). I can see they were read, but never even responded to me.

I was told that they heard back about my impressions, but again, vague information. They couldn't tell me a definite treatment time period and still couldn't give me a clear price ( even though the impressions were supposed to give me BOTH). The ENTIRE point of sending the impressions out was to get an accurate timeline and price. I asked for dentist to call me and they said they couldn't give me a day he could call because he has a lot of patients and short lunches. What kind of response is that? (How about the END of the day?)

      UPDATE:
A few hours after posting this review I finally got a response from the Dentist (an email)---declining me as a patient! Quote "It has become evident that the trust and cooperation necessary to complete a case like yours would be difficult to establish with you".

At the hundreds of dollars this room was, and the requirement of "2 night stay minimum" I was expecting something fantastic and what we got was lackluster. The lobby and outside were gorgeous but the room itself was mediocre and resembled a $100 per night room in a motel elsewhere. The "Ocean" View was 95% white rooftop and 5% ocean.

The worse part was the service downstairs at the bar. I went with a group of about 10 woman. We all sat at the bar and service took FOREVER. What was worse, is the bar and restaurant area was fairly quiet. It wasn't busy and there was NO reason for such slow service. No one was at our end of the bar. We have to constantly wait for someone to pass by in order to "yell out" that we needed help, to which we kept being told "I'll be right with you".

Simple food like shrimp cocktails and sliders took well over 30-40 minutes to get to us. Drinks were ordered that were never received, some of us has to ask up to 3 times where our wine and drinks were. The sliders were burnt to high-heaven and tasted terribly of charcoal. One "bartender" was just plain rude and when I asked for ketchup didn't even verbally respond to me. He walked away for about 5 minutes and came back with a bottle of ketchup. No words uttered. I end up eating dinner without a drink at all.

After spending somewhere along the line of 2k for rooms ( we booked two) and several hundred on dinner, I couldn't believe how we were treated at this place. We were a group of about 10-12, 30-35 year olds. We were with a Bachelorette Party and mind you, this was a dinner BEFORE we drank or went out so we were not a rowdy young drunken crowd. Very lax bartending staff who didn't see all that concerned with us or helping us. It seemed like they were actually AVOIDING us to not have to do any work. They seemed to have a great time laughing and chatting it up amongst themselves though. It was NOT busy. I would not return or book again.

Oh, and I forgot, after spending THOUSANDS at this stay, conceirge wouldn't even bring a wine opener to our room when we asked them. "They didn't have one". Yea, right.

This is basically a short wax type of tour. NO MUSEUM BY ANY MEANS.

Its so dark inside you can barely see the wax people. It smelled musty also.

I am only giving 3 stars because the tour guide was very friendly and answered all our questions fully.

Cheesy little trap for tourists, but we were bored for the day, so it was what it was.
