Broke a link on the bracelet of a 90's Cartier Santos timepiece that my father gave me. Brought it to Cartier at South Coast Plaza and was told they would only offer to replace the bracelet for $2,200 and did not offer any repairs. It was basically, buy a new bracelet or nothing.

Brought my watch to Al and after a thorough examination of the damaged bracelet, he told me he could repair the broken link at a very reasonable price. Dropped off my watch and received a call same day letting me know that my watch was repaired and ready for pick up.

Al was able to successfully repair my watch and allowed me to keep the original vintage bracelet without breaking the bank.

Brought by MacBook Pro with broken screen in on a Monday for an estimate (no appointment needed.) They told me they would order the replacement screen and call me when it came in.

Got a call on Wednesday morning saying that the part was in. Dropped off my computer and the repair was completed by end of day. Wham, Bam, Thank You Ma'am. No hassles and was completely satisfied with the level of service. Professional AF and less drama than going to an Apple store.
