Here visiting Eugene and so far it's been ugh! Rain, rain, and more rain. Homeless running rampant.

But then the blue skies opened up and the sun shown through.

Off The Waffle; a unique and better waffle experience. I was very skeptical of the nitrite free bacon and organic egg.

The bacon was the very best I ever had and was cooked perfectly! The egg was okay; it's an egg.

The star of the breakfast show was the Waffle (just one with the order). It was warm, flaky, and down-right delicious.

Give Off The Waffle a try; you will NOT be disappointed.

First, Ashley (server) was fantastic. She explained their menu and checked in on us.

Drinks: We got the margarita flight on the rock; nice touch and variety. Although not much alcohol in them. A little stingy on the pour. Lost a star.

Food: Pretzel and white cheese. This is the reason for 2 stars being deducted. The pretzel was small and hard. The cheese cold. We only ate a bite or two. I wanted to send it back; but was talked out of it. Horrible snack.

We went on Whiskey Wednesday. Might have to give it another shot in a
few months. Need to get the horrible taste of the pretzel out of our system.

Seoul 1979 Gimbap
Signature, fresh ingredients. In Korean cuisine a dish consisting of cooked rice and other ingredients wrapped in a sheet of seaweed.

It was very delicious and different. Definitely would order again.

The place is named when both of the owners were born in Seoul Korea. The decor is very simple and they actually have wall art describing a few of their selections. Which I thought was very helpful.

They have only been open for a week; do yourself a favor and enjoy something familiar or new to you. Give this place a try and tell them James sent you.

The service I received was outstanding. I needed a hoodie repaired. I looked to Yelp for Help! And I saw the Alteration Station in Gold River. I knew as soon as I stepped into the business that sewing a simple repair may not be their primary business.

Beautiful dresses and gowns were hanging nearby. The staff greeted me and I told them what I needed. They don't hesitate to take care of my simple request.

The staff was friendly and professional. The place was very clean, comfortable, and organized.

If you need anything altered it's my opinion this is the place you want to have it done.
