She would not give me the design I wanted and told me that "everyone"was getting the package with the reading. I told her I was not interested in that I just wanted to. She proceeded to tell me that her reading were "always right". I continue to tell her that I only wanted the design and she did something else besides someone I wanted. She threw glitter on it without even asking me. I after directions, and it still came off quickly. I see she has a lot of other reviews on yelp with similar issues. I'd recommend to avoid.
Update: it is been eight hours since I received my design. I followed all of the aftercare instructions, but it's almost completely faded off. This woman is a manipulative scammer. Avoid at all costs. I feel so bad for the people who didn't realize they were being upcharged.
Awful experience. After sitting down for 20 min, they noticed we needed silverware, so the hostess came by with plastic forks and knives. She brought us cocktail napkins. The worst part was we were given chips and salsa. After the bill came, we noticed that they were charging four dollars for the chips and salsa. We were not given an option - it was just on our table. This location is closing and I know they don't care, but please avoid at all cost. A simple meal will cost you over $100.
I returned for my second round of TMS. The process was smooth and I knew what to expect. I was so happy to have Galilea as my TMS technician. She is so friendly and remembered previous conversations. It made treatment fun! She always took her time to make sure I was comfortable. Galilea is a great communicator and I had an easy time scheduling.

After calling around to other local TMS centers, I was so happy that Anew Era was quick to work with me and check on insurance coverage. All of the receptionists and doctors that I worked with, including Oscar, Dr. Shamasundara, and Dr. Kaci were very friendly and helpful. My TMS technician, Galilea, was amazing. She was very thorough and always made sure that I was comfortable. Galilea remembered things about me from our previous conversations, so chatting was a nice way to pass time during the treatments. She was flexible with looking for appointment openings if I needed to reschedule. I was a little intimidated at first, but Galilea was comforting so that intimidation dissipated quickly.
I did notice improvement by the end of my sessions. I would recommend checking out this treatment to anybody who is tired of trying antidepressants that just aren't working for you (especially if you have MTHFR gene mutation).
Sales associates seemed to not know the products well. The bras I got said fine in the fitting room, but out into the world I realized that they weren't supportive enough and were hurting my back. When I called to see if I could return them, the lady was not too helpful.
I was going to wait to speak to a customer relations person before posting this review, but I don't know when they will contact me. I wanted to warn other people.
My first treatment here in the summer was fantastic. I thought this would be my place from now on. However, I had an Hydro facial 3 months ago and have been red ever since. I went to another place and they told me that the person who gave the facial was probably too rough. I decided to give the place another chance because they had a good special.
The injector came in and gave off the energy as if she could not be bothered to do this. I tried to talk with her to help me figure out how much I should get and where, but she was not helpful. I was ready to spend a little more money, but I had such a bad vibe from her that I decided I was going to get the bare minimum. Upon reflection, I should have just left. With the combination of her lethargy and acting like I was the biggest inconvenience on her, it was definitely someone I did not want near my face with a needle.
I mentioned something to the receptionist, but I know that won't do anything, so I'm hoping management reaches out.
Also, if you do decide to go here, please make sure that they give you an accurate quote of how many units they are using and the price.
