For a while, I was eating at Mi Casa AT LEAST once a month, usually more. While the food I ordered (a few different items) was almost always good, the service is hit or miss. Some servers are among the best anywhere. Others do not belong anywhere near a restaurant because they cannot get an order right to save their lives.

I plan to continue eating there because the food is good.

They got rid of tellers and their service went downhill fast. We now have to wait much longer to be helped. One would think since they don't have as many people at each location that their interest rates would be decent. WRONG! They are even lower than some big banks. They also have ridiculous fees. They charge for every little thing. Go elsewhere for your credit union needs in Central Florida. I now do.

Some of the employees are really good, but others have no business in customer service. Maybe they are new, but then they should have a supervisor with them. The food is the problem. The breakfast sandwiches are super greasy and hard. Maybe lunch is better.

Like other people say, the service is SLOW and the food is overcooked. Yes, the hush puppies are good, but they are much smaller than I have ever seen them. I didn't like it much.
