Absolutely delicious! I move around a lot and Indian Cafe is at least as good if not a lot better than highly rated Indian restaurants in NYC and London. We loved the veg samosas, garlic shrimp, chicken tikka masala (my fave--I've had a lot of bad tikka masala--this was delicious) and lamb rogan josh. Service was excellent.
Delicious! Eating there or takeout is fantastic. The best falafel I've ever had--and I've had a lot!
Bar staff was very rude and I caught them in a lie about prices. The first glass of wine was $11, but the second exact same glass of wine was $12 according to a different bartender
So the eye doctor was great--five stars for her. But the bad review stems from the greed of this place and all that is wrong with the healthcare system today with bogus "services" and costs to insurance companies and ultimately us, the patients. I've been wearing contacts for over 20 years now. I've been wearing the same type of contacts for ~10 years now. Eye examiners have tried to fit me with different types of lenses, but ultimately they are too uncomfortable because the shape of my eye is somewhat atypical, so I need to buy them online -- most places don't carry this type of lens. Well again at Moscot I explained that I wear a specific kind of lens and that eye examiners try to fit me with different kinds and they don't work! When I showed the doctor they type I wear, she agreed--I should stick with that lens and buy them from the vendor that I use because Moscot doesn't carry them. Then I get a call from Moscot claiming I owe them for a contact lens fitting . . . I told them I did not receive a contact lens fitting and they said they were sending me a trial pair. I said no, no trial pair and they said ok and that was it . . . Nope. They called me back 5 minutes later and said that I spoke to the doctor about my contact lenses and that constitutes a $60 contact lens consultation charge!! SERIOUSLY!!! I'm going to look into reporting them for this--this feels like fraud and again what contributes to all that is wrong with the healthcare system today. Shame on you Moscot!

Dear Linda,
We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and please know that the Contact Lens Evaluation fee ($60) is required by your discount vision plan, VSP's, professional guidelines. Also, please understand that while you made it clear that you were comfortable with your present contact lenses and simply wanted the same ones renewed it is our professional responsibility to assess whether your current contact lenses are still providing you with safe and healthy ocular results. Long term wearers of any particular contact lens (albeit comfortable) can show signs of corneal oxygen deprivation, surface dryness, etc. that could result in long term complications. It is our job as Eye Care professionals, and we take it very seriously at MOSCOT Eye Care, to look for these signs early on and alert the wearer before problems arise. Specific procedures (for example: the use of Fluorescein dye, eye lid eversion, and high magnification capillary viewing) are typically employed with contact lens wearers. These tests are not necessarily done during a routine exam in non contact lens wearers. So while you may have viewed your exam in one way, it is viewed quite differently to MOSCOT Eye Care AND your discount vision plan, VSP. I hope this helps you understand that an evaluation fee for contact lenses is not merely a fee for the fitting of a different brand of contact lenses.
adorable shop with very unique gifts for kids and adults--must see!
