Heard so many good things about Seoul Bird at the new proper eats food hall at Aria from advertisements and YouTube we had to check it out. Oh boy are we disappointed!! The food looked good coming out of the kitchen. But we ignored the obvious in lieu of hunger and desire and paid the price. First clue, food was sitting out. Second clue, dirty containers laying about where they prep the food in front of the customer. Third clue, person behind the counter seem to have a major attitude. We ordered the chicken tenders and loaded tater tots. First reality check, The crispy coating of the fried tenders was soggy indicating it had been sitting out. Second reality check, tater tots were not crisp they too easily crumbled in soggyness while using the fork. Third reality check, something just didn't taste right. Confirmation something was wrong!!! Bloated stomachs 2-3 hours after eating, 6 hours after eating my wife was getting sick at 2a.m., More than 24 hours still felt a little nauseous, bloated, and overall just not well. I'm writing this as a warning to stay away, or possibly suffer these consequences. They obviously have some gaps in food preparation that us the consumer are a victim of. Don't risk suffering these issues on your Las Vegas vacation.

Wow, seriously good BBQ near the Las Vegas strip. Located in an industrial setting, this non fancy little place has some of the best barbecue I've ever tasted! My wife agrees, though hesitant at first by its looks. All was quickly forgotten after smelling and then tasting. The barbecue sauce is house made and should be sold to the masses as it seriously fantastic. the brisket, pulled pork, and chicken all tasty.. so much flavor. Didn't care much for the baked beans.. I'd skip those next time. Eat in or carry out, this is a must stop for any barbecue enthusiasts

What a disappointing experience.. tried to use a myvegas promotion but the mlife desk host had system issues and had to try many PC's before her and a manager could validate it. So off to Tap we go just to be met with a changed menu, a server with an attitude, cold food, then a mishap with the bill. Not what you call a fun beginning to our evening. Server requested we speak with a less than helpful manager who had a blaming attitude who could care less of any concerns. So off we went to never return to tap again.
