Jul 13, 2019The Station Burger is delicious. Outdoor seating makes the restaurant. Wide variety on menu. Very kid friendly with the enclosed patio.

Very unprofessional. Alicia Smith canceled our appointment less than 1 hour before Robert Mitchell was to do a site visit. See screenshot.
When I called back, Alicia provided no reason for why this cancellation was coming so last minute. Alicia was argumentative, rude, and ultimately unhelpful in finding a resolution. It seemed as if she didn't want to sell me an HVAC unit.

After review of the circumstances that led to the Yelp posting by Sierra M. and BayArea13 M. (both appear to be the same person/situation) and want to acknowledge that we didn't handle this situation to our normal high standards of customer service. Mr. M had a right to be upset about the late cancellation of his appointment and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that it caused him and anyone else involved. In hindsight, we should have found a way to make it to that appointment since we had confirmed with him the day before. We take Mr. M's feedback seriously and have taken steps to improve our operations so a situation like this doesn't happen again.

Oct 24, 2017Five Star Cafe. A perfect little nuck tucked away right next to the Ashby BART station. Decorated in a comfy quaint style. The coffee is phenomenal. Lots of spiced options.
