Went there on a drive back from Florida to just south of Charlotte, NC. It was on the way, and they had vegetarian food, and other options. The server whose name is Angel was so accommodating and was willing to give me recommendations on the vegetarian menu and the vegetarian fajitas. Since I was traveling, I didn't want to take forever to eat fajitas. When I was eating the dish, I had ordered and he came to check on us, I told him the cheese enchilada sauce was delicious. He informed me all of their sauces are made there. The other sauces on the bean burrito were delicious, and the tostada was awesome. I asked for hot sauce, and he asked if I'd like the house hot sauce that was made there. I asked if it was hot, and he informed me, "It's spicy." I said, "Oh yeah!" He brought it to me, and OMG, I fell in love with it. When I was about to leave, I said, "I feel bad that you brought us extra chips and salsa, and then our meal came, and I barely touched the chips. He got a box, and a container for the salsa, and a little container for the leftover hot sauce. He didn't know if I wanted to take that home. I said, "If they figure out a way to bottle this, I'd buy it!" I'm definitely going back, and I said, "Tell them if they open up another one to put it in the Charlotte Metropolitan area. I don't get the negative reviews. It was delicious, the salsa was homemade and had plenty of cilantro--it's not salsa without it! I'd give this place 10 stars if I could! If allowed, ask for Angel!
I traveled from South Carolina to visit family. They mentioned Cooper's Hawk, and last evening I went for my very first time. The server, Jocelyn, was absolutely amazing, kind, knowledgeable about the menu. She even mentioned drink recommendations because I was unsure. However, the food was amazing. I had never had grouper before. Jocelyn was by far one of the best servers I've ever had. She was quick and efficient and super friendly. First time I'd been there, and everything was absolutely phenomenal.
I bought a brand-new car there years ago. I do not drive all that much, but I paid for the maintenance package. They refused to do my oil change, but yet, they changed the sticker to show that they did. Who does that? They called after 36 minutes and said, "You can come get your vehicle. It doesn't have enough mileage, so we didn't do the oil change." WHAT? The sticker says different, but two people were told this, and they're going to argue? Now, they claim it was done in February--that's when they refused to change the oil! Go elsewhere!

We apologize that you’re disappointed in your experience, and never want our customers to feel this way. Please reach out to our management team so we can discuss this in greater detail and better assist you.
I tried to email to give my experience, but it was returned. I had Janet as a server. Let me tell you that she was so amazing and attentive. The food was delicious! If I asked for extra napkins she went and got them. She was one of the best servers I've ever had, friendly and patient. The food was delicious, the ambiance was fantastic! If I lived there, I'd go regularly, but I don't live too far away! Going back again VERY SOON! Ask for Janet (as that was the name on my ticket). All of the employees were very kind and smiling. Try it, and ask for the vegetarian fajitas--YUM!
Actually, it took a lot longer than Caleb stated. The garage door was blocked with the truck! It was to remove materials and they left it. Therefore, that's not completely accurate on Caleb's part. The gutters were put on eventually after we got substantial rain! There was little communication when they would be here. One worker laid on my lounger in the backyard for hours! I understand breaks, but hours... Also, that was stuff in the backyard they just threw onto the ground.

This job consisted of a metal roof for a home, a patio roof, custom box gutters for the patio and new gutters for the home. 60% of the house and patio roof along with fascia repairs were complete in 2 days. The supplier didn’t deliver all materials that was ordered, therefore, putting that portion of project a little behind the anticipated 3 days. Project under went a slight delay by 3 days in which there was no sustainable damage to the home in result of this. 3 days later crew shows up to finish the roof. Days later gutter team comes out to install gutters for the house. No company vehicles were left on site. This would have been a dump trailer for debris. It sat for the 2 day period in which work was being conducted. We were readily available to move the trailer at anytime. When addressed regarding the trailer a simple, reasonable response of “I apologize I didn’t realize I was blocking a vehicle” was made. It took overall 7-8 days to complete the house roof, patio roof and house gutters. At that point only the box gutters remained and happened to have a lead time of 2.5 weeks. As soon as the material was ready they were installed. The work was more than just decent. Was more than once confirmed by this gentleman’s partner that the work was solid. We strive per perfection but we do realize not everyone will end up totally happy and where that disappoints us we have more people saying good things than bad so we have respect for everyone’s opinion. So thank you !
It's been a couple of months since they came to finish the job. They did decent work, but they never put on the gutters. My car was blocked into my garage for 2 days! Who does that? The response I received from Caleb, "I didn't realize there was a car in the garage, otherwise, I wouldn't have let them keep their vehicles there." That was the roofing vehicle blocking my driveway which they'd left for a couple of days. So many of the workers were sitting on my porch and in my backyard. "We didn't have the supplies." Why do you start a job without supplies? Do not recommend!
