Ron answered our call right away and came promptly out to take a look! He gave us an estimate to tune up our door and replace our motor, as well as a replacement door quote. Options to stay within our budget. He gave us many solutions to our creaky old 90s garage setup and at an honest price. We decided a motor and tuneup would be our fix to what we felt was the loudest garage door we have ever heard! Thanks to Ron, our garage door headache was a headache no more!

Twinkle lights galore. Dalena was excited and delighted to show us the venue!

We were undecided on our first visit so we visited again. Dalena was happy to have ya back.

From the beginning of her lighted path, down to a magical ceremony site, strolled by the pond for remote control race boats and headed on down to the reception which used to be an arena.

Impressive. Don't forget all the other hidden areas of the venue. The cocktail hour bar, games and games, tucked away private benches, small area for recording a video for the bride and groom, the gift area and millions of signs.

We arrived for our first tasting & it was a party to remember! The food was insanely delicious and nothing to complain about. Her staff was organized and very happy to help with any request.

Kris had energy that I've never seen so clearly in a complete stranger. You could feel the vibes coming right out of her and her store was soaked in them. So many cute unique items. The dream catchers were incredibly detailed and crafted with care. I ended purchasing a beautiful necklace that I was drawn to the moment I walked in the door. Very unique space that is every little hippies dream boutique!

I would give them a zero star if I could.
They have some sort of hoax going on with the City of Palm Springs.
I received a $200 charge on my card after my stay, I was unsure what this was for. I asked upon checkout and they couldn't find anything in the system saying what it was for. I asked the manager on duty. He said he would call me back. NO CALL. Surprise. I called him back later that day to discuss, of course he was short and said he was still waiting for answers. I had to ask him when I would get some sort of response.

Well, turns out after I did a chargeback he decided to email me. He stated we broke a "noise ordinance" with Palm Springs City. Well, I was never notified of this.

He was unable to provide documentation either. So somehow I'm charged $200 for something they have no documentation on? How is this possible? All because I signed that I would comply. I did comply and they have to be scamming vacations with the city. How could they charge me?

Either way after renting with them for 6 years for our annual trip I will NEVER use this service again.
