After months of camping out in our apartment--with no upholstered furniture, little clothing, few books, and no bed--and living out of sealed boxes lest we contaminate things further, we are delighted to report that we have been deemed rid of bedbugs by M& M.

The very patient and helpful crew inspected, then treated, then reinspected our home. The office staff also were uniformly friendly and helpful.

Most of all, Timothy Wong guided us through the LONG process with patience and professionalism, went out of his way to respond very fast to our many questions, and reassured us as we struggled with the situation.
