I scheduled a repair for my cooktop and was given a 2 hour window. I accepted the window for repair and was informed someone would call when 20 minutes away.
The following day, I reconfirmed my appointment for the window and was assured we were confirmed.
Today that 2 hour window has come and gone. I have had zero contact from the company, zero phone call, zero messages.
I would look elsewhere.
ETA: 6 minutes late isn't 6 minutes when the tech indicates they are 40 minutes away. That is closer to an hour - made worse when mentioned I had a hard stop at a certain time and was assured our scheduled time was more than sufficient to do the repair needed.

Hi Josh,
We are truly sorry for this, when we make a mistake we own up to it which I believe is truly important! I know my technician did send a text about 6 min past the time frame letting you know he was on the way and for this we are truly sorry and for the frustration it caused you.
Unfortunately he was at a laundry room with bad service. We care so very much about our customers and we would never intentionally be late or to delay communication with our customers.
Although very rare for us to be behind schedule we do have a policy in place to always reach out in advance to let the customer know. In this case we made a mistake and have already created a corrective action for future.
To rectify the situation for you he did offer to still come, although 6 min late and to complete the installation free of charge... We understand that we were late and this was not a satisfactory resolution for you. Again, we are truly sorry for this experience and that we were not able to turn it around for you.
It's solid hotel food. Nothing amazing but had a good salad with piece of salmon. My son enjoyed his pesto panini and fries. Service was friendly and efficient. It's good and balanced menu and offered the salad I needed compared to most of the fries and burgers in town.
Soft serve ice cream? Vanilla / Chocolate swirl cone... dipped in hard shell chocolate ? Yes to it all. Perfect for stop on road home from few days in backcountry. We only had ice cream but the fries looked great and definitely going for them next time I return from the Sierras.
This place is zero fills, cash only, but perfect for quick summer road stop.
After 3 days of backpacking with my little, 2 in cold and rain came here looking to warm up over good pizza. We sat inside to stay warm, but alas the door to patio was open so 45 - 50 degree weather still found us, the line to bathroom for the 45 minutes I was there was always 5 people deep waiting ages to use it so scratch that idea, self bussing the filth on my table from people before me - ok I guess - it was bit lord of the flies vibe to even get your table in a semi scramble over other customers. Sure...
Ambiance and vibe was unappealing, but ok, the food will still be good at $30 for a large pie w olives.
My son ate one slice and gave up. I had 2 because I was so hungry from the trail - but I didn't enjoy. We Grabbed a to go box - maybe we'd eat the rest on long ride home. Hour down the road i had one more bite and nahh, couldn't stomach anymore. It was just bland and not worth it. My son wanted nothing to do it with either so we tossed it at our next stop. Overall Gross and cheap cheese consistency, bad crust and zero flavor sauce.
And of course, today I am feeling the consequences is a less than pleasant way as well. Nothing else consumed last 48 hours could remotely impact me this way but this pizza.....
TLDR - Do yourself a favor - grab a $5 pie from the frozen section of your local supermarket and warm it in your room or air bnb - it sure beats everything about this pizza.

Josh, we're sorry to see you weren't impressed with our ambiance or food when you came in. Bringing our customers quality pizza is important to us, and we'll keep working to show it with your feedback in mind. Thank you for taking the time to leave this honest review for us.
Dinner for 4 last night was great food, but curious service. Two different ceviches to start were welcome and delicious, while we had two large fish platters - one was rock cod and the other branzino. Delicious, filling, fun food w lots of sides to accompany from the black beans and rice to salsas. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
The service less so. Our waiter - he introduced himself on the patio early on and each time came by he seemed too bothered and couldn't take an order and would say "give me a second, I'll be back" and then would round on other tables leaving us long stretches where we couldn't order even a simple drink. But most laughable was he finally came and went to take a drink and later a food order from us and said "oh, wait, let me get a pen, I'll be back". Our whole table thought odd. We went a long stretch at one point w nobody taking any orders of any kind so we flagged another waitress to assist w finally taking our appetizer order. She was very helpful and accommodated some dietary issues kindly as well. Then later the waiter finally returned to take our dinner order and goes "oh wait, let me get a pen".
Our whole table just laughed at how totally off and bizarre. He couldn't be bothered. After meal was finished he didn't even bother offering a dessert menu. Simply asked if we were done and wanted the check. It was clear he was done. We probably would have ordered, but at that point didn't want to bother and so just enjoyed sitting and talking a while longer before leaving. All in all I would consider going back for the food but the wait staff - especially this one - needs some better training or attention.
