Just as I predicted.....OUT OF BUSINESS hahahaha

This place does incredible work! They replaced the convertible top on my 16 year old Audi.
They are friendly, and the price was quite reasonable. Fit and finish on their work was right on!

Sadly, after coming here 3-4 times per week for the last 3 years or so, I will not be back.
Alex, Dennis and Lynn are the only competent employees at this location. Today in the 5 minutes that I was there, I saw 3 mistakes in front of me, and then they screwed up my order.
The manager a female that is confused in so many ways, blamed it on the training employee.
WELL HELP HIM! instead of carelessly wandering back into the back. Philip, with the tatoos and earrings, should not be dealing with the public. He quickly learned how to give attitude, and not say thank you. There is only 1 good review on here. DO YOU GUYS READ THIS? DO YOU CARE?

This is the second BK that I have bid farewell to...the other in Wilmington as they could not make my Whoppers with extra onions as I asked.

I guess I'll have to travel to Stoneham (the Wilmington location is 1/2 mile from my work location) to get my lunch. I'm thinking in general though, it is worth the effort?
I've given BK enough chances to get it right, and they keep blowing it.
Should I just go to Wendys? SubWay? Who else wants my 40 bucks a week?

Trying to find a new cleaner for my office. These people neither answer their phone or return online quote requests. How can you do business if you don't answer you phone?

Edit: This company just responded to my request for a quote. I only made this post an hour ago. coincidence?
