I should have read the reviews first. The services I received were more about speed than it was about quality. The first day I went, the girl that did my xrays was in such a rush, she accidentally hit my front tooth with the device. It hurt so bad and she didn't seem that concerned.

I then went back for 3 fillings. After about a month of healing and the teeth still hurting, I went back again to find out I need 3 root canals to which they said it was going to be really expensive. So I said, what's stopping me from getting this done in Mexico and she said "you should go there." I was shocked.

I followed up with a clinic in Mexico and they asked if I could get a treatment plan. I called the Oakland office back to ask if I can get the treatment plan and she said, we don't send things to other offices. I asked if I can get one sent to me so I can get some quotes, to which she said "it's our policy that once you leave and get work done somewhere else, you can't come back to our office." I was shocked by the behavior of this receptionist.

I hung up and said to myself "she's right, I'm never coming back!"

I can't even believe I waited until my last day in Firenze to go here. For €5 you will be in flavor town with the most delicious sandwiches on earth. Standing in line is totally worth the wait for a such a tasty flavorful sandwich.
