Thursday evening. 6:30. Doesn't look very busy, and yet we still waited 20 minutes to be waited on. Our server has not been overly attentive. I got the four cheese manicotti and my husband got the chicken Parmesan, add shrimp. They were both far less than stellar and looked as if they had been sitting in the expo window for a while.
We sat in the train car and there was a tray of dirty dishes sitting in between tables that the server just kept piling up as she went.

Took my 6 year old son in for a cut. Nat was the only one working, therefore he cut it. Did a great, thorough job! He made sure to ask what cut we wanted and followed through beautifully!

Not impressed at all. Upon entering, the entire restaurant had a horribly nasty odor and it was so warm in there! We sat down at our table and just stayed hot the entire time. They were out of lids for kids cups. They were out of milk. Out of cocktail sauce; don't even remember what else. Someone isn't doing their job.

My Mediterranean salad was good. My son got the popcorn shrimp, which was over cooked. Husbands wings were alright, though, he couldn't eat because it was too warm in there. My father in law had the black and bleu burger and within two bites, said the meat tasted funny. The server took it off of our bill and we went on our way.
Once we woke up this morning, I found out my father in law had been up all night vomiting, from what I can only assume was from that burger.

First and last time at this location!

Had heard some good things about this place and was excited to try it. Big disappointment.
Server was very mundane and couldn't answer menu questions. We were immediately greeted and sat, and they brought chips and salsa.
It was myself, my husband and our two kids, 5 and 2. The cheese burrito for the oldest came out as a huge bean burrito. When we sent it back and received the actual cheese burrito, it was nothing more than a Luke warm tortilla with shredded cheese that was nowhere near melted. Ridiculous.
My chile relleno and tamale were okay; definitely not the best I've eaten. My husband said his tamale, quesadilla and other item were all good.
(It took forever for our food to come out in the first place.)
It was fairly quiet when we first arrived and halfway through, they turned on music and it was hard to even hear the person next to me. Unnecessary noise.

Overall, food was decent considering. Staff is absolutely lacking. Probably will not return.
