Hello, I tried richies today for the first time and had 1 of their lunch specials and all I can say is I felt cheated! I ordered the chicken fingers and wedges and I thought I was buying REAL chicken and ended up with minced, mechanically processed and formed CRAP......PLEASE BEWARE...very disappointed...

Here's a true story about Marshall dodge in Somerset Ky...my Dad had bought a new car from them and had took delivery and then he passed away the same wk. The paper work had not even cleared the bank. We contacted the owner at Marshall dodge and explained the situation and wanted to see about returning the car as it only had 50 miles on it and we didn't need it. We told them they could have it back and also keep my fathers trade in and down payment if they would release us from the loan and was told NO. He told us sorry about your Dad but the car was SOLD and the only way he would take it back was we could bring him the car and another $2300 dollars...I have a lot of family in Somerset and not one of them has ever stepped foot on their lot again and never will! I highly recommend you find another dealer that knows how to treat people....

Sorry, but I couldn't give them more then 1 star! I had read about them on yelp and thought I would give them a try. But never again. There was a older man there named Tim, I think he said he was the owner who was walking around outside and he told me to go on in and someone would help me so I did and I got right in but I was there for almost an hour in the chair only to get a haircut worst then the one I had got at great clips which only took 15 minutes...I was very disappointed and I won't be going back there. I don't know how they got all the 5 star reviews unless they did the reviews their self...I hope this helps, at least its a REAL REVIEW.
