We just purchased a new home and decided not to go with the builder provided hardwood floor and started looking for installers, we wanted the work done before we moved in. As luck would have it we chanced upon Davit when he was installing hardwood for one of our neighbors and were really impressed by the work he had done there. He was awesome from the first hello!

He came over and gave us an estimate and his quotation were very competitive to the one we had gotten previously. He also helped us to find shops with good selection of hardwood. We already had a different place in mind but decided to go to his recommended place and found the material and rates way better that what we were looking at. Davit further helped us to get hold of other materials like baseboard, glue all at great rate. He even help us save cost by re-using some of the existing baseboards.

Davit and us fixed the install schedule based on our move-in date and when the hardwood was arriving (we were on tight schedule as we were handing over the apartment). As luck would have it the hardwood shipment from the seller got delayed by a week as the previous shipment had some damage. However, we had already locked in our moving dates :(.

Davit came to our rescue and offered to work round the clock in order to minimize the impact on us and also moved his dates around just to accommodate us. The shipment finally arrived and Davit picked up the wood within the hour and was already coordinating with the supplier without my knowledge. He had already started the demo and sanding work so he could hit the ground running as soon as the shipment arrived. He worked on Saturday and Sunday alone just so that we can move in with our two toddlers with minimum impact to us.

Davit is clearly passionate in the work he does and his attention to detail was phenomenal. It was fascinating to see him work and never once did we feel his work was rushed up or he was cutting any corners. He would also educate us on why he is doing a certain thing and pro and cons of the approach which clearly reflected his knowledge on the subject.

He also surprised us by making made us a wood frame as a house warming gift(free)

We were really really happy with the work Davit did and he did the entire project almost on his own. His attention to detail and customer service was A++. I think I have found my hardwood guy for life and I cant imagine approaching anyone else if ever I need to do this again.

The macrons were good. The cheese cake was decent. The good thing about this place its open late nights. I liked the coffee and the fresh fruit juices.

Love the number of options available to make a burger. The service is quick and the staff is courteous. Loved the onion strings and the Ranch sauce. The hot chicken wing sauce is also very good.
