It really was just ok. My lamb vindaloo was...seasoned. The lamb was tough but edible. My naan was an ok texture but tasteless. My husband got a simple chicken strip platter that came with fries and it was just the standard out the freezer-style fare. I would not order again.
Went here for my birthday( a saturday and my second visit)with the intention of drinking with friends and playing some awesome games. Well..the games were awesome, but it was incredibly difficult to get a drink! When I finally did get the drinks they were wrong and I couldn't the get the bartenders attention long enough to ask him to replace it. Had to get the manager before anything could be done. Very frustrating. But on the bright side the manager was very nice and gave us all free shots! Even so I would never plan another social event here or bring any of my friends back to this place. The great games don't make up for iffy service.
The lady behind the counter was pleasant and patient with us as we made our selections. The bakery itself was quaint and warm. There were a few small tables where you could sit and eat. I had the lemon raspberry mini cake and it tasted fine, although it was a bit mushy on the inside. My friend liked his vanilla cupcakes but my husband had to literally stab at his chocolate mousse cake before he could get a bite. Both his cake and mine were overly sweet. I also got a chocolate cake bite. The icing was gritty but the cake inside was rich and moist. We also purchased an eclair but it was very dry so we just tossed it out. I wouldn't go there again.
