I emailed Napa Toyota looking for a specific vehicle. I made an error and called to correct my email. I was greeted with a great attitude. Made arrangements to come in and Ron Cooper and Victoria and Tracy were GREAT!! Prompt service and NO SALESMAN RUN AROUND. They asked what we wanted and gave us what we asked for. All around great service.
