      Haircut $25
      Olaplex treatment $35

      Scheduled an appt w/ Jessie, but when i got there, "she was on a conference call for the next hr" so got a haircut from another stylist. The person who cut my hair was very friendly and personable and may be a fabulous colorist (saw a bunch of her work in pictures),but totally butchered my hair. When I left the salon, my hair was curled, so I did not get a look at the true cut until I washed it. The stylist said she was going to define the layers. I asked for long layers and got choppy, uneven hair. The V shape of my hair is more like a U. Also got the Olaplex treatment (not sure of spelling), which was recommended by the stylist, that worked wonders for my dry, damaged hair.

      Pro: We were able to check in early. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast.

      Cons: WOMEN AND CHILDREN LEFT STRANDED AT SEAWORLD UNTIL 10:30PM!!

      A complimentary shuttle to Seaworld was included in our stay. The hotel is about .5 miles from the park.

      We ended our day at Seaworld and called the hotel at 9:45 pm to be picked up. The park closes at 9, but the last show ran late due to technical difficulties and did not end until approximately 9:15. Two other ladies and their 2 young children were also waiting for the same shuttle. They called around 9:15 and still hadn't been picked up when we arrived at the front of the park (waited approx 30 mins). A 30 minute wait is reasonable on a super busy day at Seaworld, but the park was pretty empty for a Weds. We all tried to call the hotel several times, but were transferred to voicemail each time. We watched the Hilton shuttle picked up passengers and go back and forth several times. As a last resort, I asked the Hilton shuttle to take us back to our hotel. The driver was very nice and agreed to take us. By this time it was already 10:30 pm!!!

      What kind of establishment leaves their customers stranded after dark...especially women and children? We even watched employees leave the park after their shifts!! If Staybridge would have answered the phone and told us they couldn't come get us, I would have been happy to make other arrangements. Poor poor customer service!

      When we returned to Staybridge, the employee at the counter took our information and explained that the manager would be in at 7:30 am tomorrow. I'll update my review after we speak with the manager.

      Ordered takeout and was told it would be 15 min wait. Took 30 mins to get my order. Chicken Tikka Masala was not spicy as I requested and had very little chicken in it. To top it off, the charged me for Naan and didn't include it. I called to talk to someone, but did not get an answer. Left a message, but never received a call. I do not recommend this place. Plenty of other Indian restaurants in the area with better quality food, service, and prices.

      Came back to pick up my items that were not sold. All of my items were not given back to me, so I called to see if they made a mistake. The person who called me back said she overlooked 2 other bags in the back and asked me to come back to get them. Today I get there and 1 of my purses was in a bag with 3 other shirts that were not mine! Where are my other items?? I asked for an itemized receipt and list of items sold, but was told "It won't print." Hmmm. The woman at the counter said she would research my account, but would have to call me on Monday because she is off tomorrow. Very poorly organized.
