What is this, the third time we've used RB Painting? We came back to them each time we needed some serious work done in & around the house. This time we needed to do the entire outside of our two story house, as well as the inside - every single thing visible to the eye! A tall order for sure, & fortunately for us we'd already had experience with Gary & his team, so we felt assured we'd be getting the same good service & expertise. And we did! We had no problems whatsoever, & the beauty of this was that Gary was already very familiar with our house & its special needs. We have a metal capping that borders our roof & it's always been a problem with paint adhering properly. Gary worked some of his knowledge (& magic?) & it's looking great once again.
As I see from other reviews, people are definitely impressed with Gary's precise attention to details & the importance of prep work. I can't say enough about his team, Art & Cassie - they are equally as detailed & professional as he is! Gary is my painter for life - & I've told him so!
This was the third time we hired Gary & his team to do a job for us. We needed work done on the outside of our house the prior two times & were very impressed with the results. In fact, I didn't even consider another paint company this time since I have developed so much confidence in the quality of work Gary, Dan & Art do. This time we asked them to paint the interior of our house; a major job considering we wanted every single thing done. We have a lot of wood trim, cabinets throughout the house &, of course, the rooms themselves. Huge job!
When our house was originally built, the white kitchen cabinets were sprayed. Therefore, no brush strokes were visible, just a lovely soft, satin effect. Spraying was not an option this time around. I wanted this look duplicated. I wanted NO visible brush strokes! This could have presented a bit of a challenge but, as usual, Gary took it in stride & did a magnificent job! I am so, so happy with my cabinets! They are perfect. If you know about painting, you have to realize how vital the prep work is. I already knew this about Gary & his team; they took lots & lots of time making sure things were flawless before beginning the staining & painting process. These things mean a great deal to us, especially from our previous experience with other painters! The prep work, the selection of just the right kind of product - the decisions & actions taken are vital in order to end up with a perfect result. We achieved this with Gary, Dan & Art. An impeccable job! Thanks guys!
We needed to have our spa cover replaced. Our previous cover was replaced by Factory Direct years ago; it served us well but after time, it needed to go! I called Manny & gave all the information to him over the phone - he makes it easy to do. In about a week or so, the cover was delivered. I, unfortunately made an error in measurements. The new cover did not align the right way. I called Manny & he told me to bring it back in & they would make another cover for me. It took, again, about a week. If I had paid more attention to detail, I would have not had that problem! Long story short, the quick service was wonderful & Manny couldn't have been more helpful! AND he gave me a BIG break in price on the second cover! It's a great company & so easy to do business with!
This is the second time we have used Julian & Paul for window washing. They both are organized, efficient, & did an excellent job on our many windows, as well as the screens! Even cleaned our solar panels! They're great guys & I will absolutely call them again!
I reviewed Ecopure back in 2016. More water damage a couple of weeks ago & I called Ecopure yet once again. And once again Jake & Josh came out quickly & ascertained exactly what needed to be done. Broken water pipes in the ceiling & because of that, some mold problems in the walls. A real mess, to be sure. Honestly, I will never call anyone else again for this kind of help. They did everything with the complete restoration, as well as help with insurance claims, etc. They are just the best.
Quite honestly, my husband & I can't say enough about this company. We went downstairs into the guest bedroom one morning & WHOA!! Big trouble in there with water that had leaked down into one wall, as well as the ceiling from the deck above. We had no idea who to call for this, but something had to be done fast & done fast! As luck would have it, the man who did the leak detection for this offered five references for restoration people. Ecopure was the first company my husband called. Jake & Josh came out immediately & went to work. They never stopped working for us until the whole job was done - fast, so efficient, seamlessly smooth & totally professional; We needed the carpet replaced & Jake had answers for that as well from a company Ecopure works hand in hand with. Can't say enough about them, either!!
When disaster strikes & you need immediate help , you are at the mercy of whomever you're lucky or unlucky to end up with! My only wish is that Jake & Josh handled other things like tile, deck work, etc. etc. We would hire them again in a heartbeat - THANK YOU, GUYS!!
I ordered a bouquet from Holly's Flowers a few years ago for an event at my brother's house. Bottom line was that the flowers were wilted & dying the next day; my brother called Holly's & complained. Holly's replaced the bouquet. Based on current good reviews, I decided I would call them again (silly me) & this time talk directly to the manager - which I did. She was great & very interested when I told her of my past bad experience. She ensured me the current bouquet would be wonderful. I was at my brother's when the bouquet was delivered, complete with a "Happy Anniversary" ballon. When I saw it I was shocked at how FEW FLOWERS & a TON of greenery made up the bouquet. I had specified I wanted something really striking & beautiful, etc. etc. She assured me it would be wonderful. Well, it wasn't. The balloon was nice though. I was extremely disappointed; I should have called her & complained, but I didn't. "Get burned once, it's "their" fault - get burned twice, it's YOUR fault.
