I dropped my son off at this branch today so that he could open his first bank account EVER with his first earned paycheck EVER.
The plan was to open a "New Total Checking Account With Direct Deposit".
Upon arriving he was greeted by a banker by the name of Melvin. Who explained to my son that he needed to have a coupon in order to open this type of account and that he would need to come back later when he has it..... (come back later??? Are you serious???)
My son called me to come back and pick him up (I had literally just dropped him off during my lunch break). He explained to me that he needed to come back later with a "coupon".
I did go back to the bank but not to pick him. I went directly to speak with Melvin myself. I asked him if there was anything he could do to help his new, very young customer. I asked him if there was anything he could advise his new young customer to do in lieu of sending him away? (Needless to say Melvin had a shocked look on his face) Melvin then advised my son to sign up on their website with his email and that he would receive the coupon. My son followed the instructions and the coupon was obtained.
Why did I need to go back there to intervene? Basically, I was outraged that Melvin the banker was going to try and get away with such terrible customer service. He could have just explained to his customer how to obtain the coupon. Easy. He DID NOT need to send his customer away!!
I worked in a grocery store for about 8 years and if a customer of mine did not have a coupon I would explain to them how to get it. In some cases I would grab the store ad myself and cut it out. This is what good customer service should be.

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE! First red flag was that the Jeep that brought me to the dealership in the first place, that was advertised on their website was "not available". I decided to look at their inventory (my mistake). The salesman Erick Sanchez was very helpful and nice. We traded in our car and picked out a vehicle, signed the deal and were out the door. Three weeks later our car had still not been paid off. Now had I knew this was going to happen I would have changed the auto draft settings to this account. The guy in finance did not mention that it would take so long to pay off the trade. When I called to ask him about it he gave me a shitty attitude and said "well my friend it's not my job to manage your bank account". Who says that!? I guarantee you if the finance guy spoke to me like that when we were signing the papers I would have walked away. This place doesn't know how to treat their customers. I expect to be treated with the same respect as when you were trying to get my business. I'm looking at you Allen!
I would never recommend this dealership. EVER!

The Barbacoa is outstanding! Portions are big enough to take home leftovers. Which is cool. The salsa bar is also amazing they have at least 5 salsas to choose from and they're all good. The price is absolutely reasonable not too expensive. A must try and it will soon become one of your favorite places!

Before I begin this review I'd like to preface this by saying I've had quite a few pizzas in my forty years on this planet. I feel like I'm qualified simply due to my personal food consumption experience. I'm also a bonafide foodie. Without further delay.i have to say that this is one of the best pizzas I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. Absolutely everything about it was a pleasure. We happened to get the stuffed crust supreme btw. Which came loaded with fresh delicious veggies that crunches when we bit into them. The cheese and sauce ratio was perfect. The crust was absolute perfection, which is a huge compliment where crusts are concerned. I kind of feel like this review won't do the pizza justice. Take my advice and try it. I was super pleased and will be coming back. Thank you to Pizzaroni for making an amazing pie!
