Since moving to the neighbourhood with three mischievous cats last year, South Putnam Animal hospital have overseen their care. We've always found them extremely friendly and professional, with each staff member genuinely caring for each little creature as if it were their own. They always take the time to answer my many queries and questions, even calling out of hours to discuss treatment plans when I had concerns.
Having had mixed experiences with vets in the past, we feel extremely blessed to have found such top rate care and service! : )

Having recently moved to the area and wanting to support local businesses I asked Bell for a quote for the installation of a home AC system, but they told men that it would be $150 just to receive a quote and hence I cancelled.
A few days later the technician, who was a very friendly chap, turned up anyway. I explained that there is no way that is was paying 150 bucks just to get a quote, so he called back to his office. After about half an hour on the phone, sat in his van on my driveway he came back to inform me that if I took them up on the quote there and then, the 150 dollar fee could be removed. I asked what happens if he quotes me $50k or more, to be told that if that wasn't in my budget then I'd have to pay the fee. Hence, I didn't get a quote and Bell lost a potential installation and a service agreement for the next however many years.

For all your lock-down kebab needs!!

Ordered the mix grill for delivery which was a very generous portion and actually had me beat! It came with a generous portion of rice and salad, but the kebabs and lamb chop were my favorites and were well washed down with a couple of fruity house cocktails.

The delivery came with with extra pita, fresh humus & a few slices of baklava...which were much appreciated and enjoyed!

Best fried chicken in NYC and so happy that they are still doing orders and delivery during the pandemic.
