      Delicious coffee and even chai lattes! Patient and friendly employees, with fair prices. No other coffee shop in bushwick compares to Hearts.

      Levi's employees here are 8 times out of 10 super friendly and helpful. I've had multiple interactions with Andrew in the fitting room who was amazing!! Helped me find styles and sizes that worked best for me and was professional and friendly.

      The store itself is great! At this location I've had a wonderful experience with the employee Tyler who gave my boyfriend and I great customer service.

      However there is one female employee with colored hair who is repeatedly nothing but rude and speaks as if she rather be somewhere else. It is clear that she takes advantage of the store's environment and doesn't actually assist customers. We had some questions to ask and she never once left her computer screen behind the desk to help. I was looking for a small piece in a section that had various sizes and asked her if there was anything smaller. Instead of leaving the desk and helping me search she barely looked at the product in my hand and said no. My boyfriend had another question and she responded to him as if his question was stupid. She lacks basic respect and simple manners.

      Disappointing employee for such a wonderful store

      Visited BPH a couple times since my partner moved to the neighborhood. Coffee was always OK but there's always one barista during the day who has excellent service which makes my visits pleasant!

      However, my friends and I decided to grab a drink one night where I had a negative experience with a female bartender. It's a Tuesday night so the place is quite empty. The bartender was unfriendly and inhospitable from the beginning of the night. We order drinks and when she asks for ID I realize I forgot mine at the apartment. Of course she cannot serve me so I walk to get my ID as she served my friends. After I return, it takes a moment for her to approach me because she's refilling a mans wine glass even though he didn't order another glass, she says to him "don't worry about it". This seemed very odd.

      Shortly after I sit down with my drink, my drink spilled all over me and the table. A different woman came to clean it up and took my glass even though there was a few sips left in it. I approach the bartender and politely ask if there's anyway she can replace the almost full drink that spilled all over me. She rudely said "I'd have to charge you." with a discerning look in her face, and walks away.

      NOW, I understand that I am responsible for my drink falling, HOWEVER, any credible establishment who relies on a loyal customer base from the local community would undoubtedly replace my drink with a smile on their face. This woman clearly did not care about me as a customer and repeatedly ignored me to chat with the man who's glass she kept refilling. Being completely disappointed with her service, I then notice her come around the bar and is holding hands with this man, all over him physically. That's when I realize he's her partner and she's been giving him all of her attention and FREE DRINKS ALL EVENING.

      As a paying customer this is completely unacceptable and the woman does not deserve her job at this establishment. After being an understanding person and walking to get my ID and coming back, this woman had zero consideration for me as a local customer and would only give her boyfriend free drinks. This visit was a huge disappointment and I wasted my money on a place that has no care for customers.

      Complete lack of customer service. As someone who works in retail this is something I pay attention to in other stores. Every time my mother and I walk into the White House Black Market in the S.I. Mall, we are never greeted nor asked if we need any assistance. This is one of my mom's favorite stores and she spends a lot of money here, so it's disappointing to have a negative connotation with this store. Today I've decided to finally leave a review on the poor customer service we repeatedly experience. As my mom and I walked in, all three employees stayed by the counter chatting on their phones and didn't even move, put their phone away, or come to us and ask if we need assistance or tell us about any promotions. Not sure what it is but the employees seem to simply lack the capability to operate a store. Either way something needs to change as I see this happen to other customers and should not be ignored by upper management.
