Didn't like that we got sent outside to load and pick our own lumber. Was irritated that I had to pick and load my own lumber. Imagine had I not taken a young kid to help me. I would've had to do it alone.....20 pieces!!! ugh!!

Only came here to get daughters Covid-19 vaccine but had NEVER heard of this place. Was very disappointed I had not come here with my kids when they were small. Walking into the office I was taken back to MY childhood and the way doctors offices USED to be. Small, cozy, individualized. As soon as I checked in my daughter, my first response was "I wish I had found this place 20 years ago! I had taken my kids to local "clinics" and was treated like cattle from the get go.
This place seems very professional and I was treated well. Anyone with young kids should consider coming here.

Excellent grooming service. Took my elderly Shih-Tzu, who I normally groom myself but he's gotten grumpy and irritable in old age and I didn't want to be the one causing his stress, I want his home to be his "safe" place and not be afraid of certain rooms or items here. Anyways, he stopped letting me pluck his ear hair over a year ago, started biting me, same with feet, for baths he's excellent, but for haircuts I would just shave him down and leave his ears and tail long. Taking him a new place is scary,
but she was very kind and patient with him. I was so excited to get him back super soft and clean and she was able to clean all his ear hair out!! Not sure how she did it or if it was traumatizing to my old boy but he came out happy. Definite keeper and will be taking my pomeranian and chihuahua mix to her next!

Attendant showed up a bit early to set up, everyone had a great time. The attendant was extremely friendly and fun to have around. Handled all the crazy kids with great attitude. Also loved the constant texts and updated prior to the event.
