      Second time using these guys. First time was great. This time? Well...

      Was quoted arrival time between 11-1. Got a text at 12:39 stating that the crew was on their way. At 1:16, I got a phone call from a different number saying that they were on their way but coming from Glendale (I live in San Tan Valley). Quoted an ETA of 45 minutes. Crew finally arrived just before 2:30.

      Crew were quick and courteous. I'll give them that. But I wasn't thrilled with the arrival runaround and the hidden card fee. I'll be giving another company an opportunity next time.

      So much for no hidden fees. $30 'card fee'. Never mentioned.

      While awaiting a connecting flight to Paris, my wife and I decided to have lunch at 800 Degrees as a result of our past positive experience at their Las Vegas restaurant. My wife ordered a Margherita pizza with EXTRA cheese. As it was being put into the oven, we noticed cheese (and clearly not extra) was the only topping that had been added. We asked about the basil and tomato. The employee told us that they were out of basil, and that the tomato sauce counted as the fresh tomato.

      Clearly, this was a cheese pizza, NOT a Margherita. The sauce came out watery, and the dough was undercooked.

      Avoid this place. You're better off eating prepackaged food from an airport gift shop rather than this sorry excuse for a pizza.

      Don't bother with this joke of a shop.

      Went in looking to purchase coins. Asked the guy if he had any Morgan silver dollars available. He said he did, but wasn't ready to sell them.

      Uhhh. Ok. I'll take my $300 elsewhere.

      Stopped by last Sunday on a whim at 3:45, not realizing they close at 4. We decided to take a quick look to see what they had, only to find that half the lights were off and lots of the fruits and vegetables were covered up.

      If you're essentially closing at 3:45, then mark your Sunday hours as closing at 3:45. You may have great reviews and tasty fruits and vegetables, but you lost us as a future customer. We'll continue going to Superstition Ranch Farmers Market.

      Staff on duty, both at check-in and check-out were professional. Room was adequate, although the price may have been a bit high considering the state of the facility. Ice machine and soda machine were both out of order on the first floor. We entered the room with a 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and an empty tissue box. It was clear the bathroom was not cleaned to standards. Upon speaking with management, we discovered the housekeeper had been reprimanded in the past for substandard performance. Now it's time to find a new housekeeper.

      In the future, we'll try local accommodations rather than a chain.
