I made a reservation a week in advance for a party of seven. It took a while to be seated and our drinks took a really long time. I had ordered my Dish without the jam due to an allergy but it came with that ingredient on it. They remade it for me in a relatively quick manner and worked very hard to fix the situation. Our waitress was the best part of our experience. But overall, the service was super slow.

We had no hot water even after maintenance came to check it out. Our light bulbs were out. The rooms and pool were incredibly dirty.

Our company had really enjoyed going here previously. However, we had called Monday to make reservations for our party of 10 on Friday. When we arrived , they had no record of our reservation. It took a few minutes for us to be seated and an additional 35 minutes for us to be served and get water and that was only after we had asked. The entire staff was grouped together in the corner talking and we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. Overall, pretty frustrating and disappointing experience.
