I had high hopes when I saw this business start. After they got their own store space they really made it look like a great place to buy old video games.
With that being said, I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. I met a owner and he was very friendly and helpful but as soon as the place is left in the hands of whomever they hire, the service tanks. I thought it was just one bad apple but after two visits where I had no idea why the guy behind the counter was being so rude and argumentative. I had to just call it quits with this place. There are infinite places to acquire old games without having to deal with angry workers with zero social skills.
I love this place to an unreasonable degree. The salsa is the best I have ever gotten from a restaurant. I recommend getting the enchilada suiza or the arroz con pollo. Almost everything on the menu is worth a try, the fajitas, combo plates and seafood are all great.
My only warning is that you never order an appetizer because most of them are just combinations of meat, tortilla and cheese, they can be very bland. Also, do not get the quesadillas, they are massive and could easily feed two people but most I have gotten are a little off. Avoid these very small problems and you'll easily be coming back to El Rodeo.
It seems like the waitresses are understaffed sometimes and this makes them seem like they don't care but I blame this on the owner. :p
This place just happens to be a sushi hut on the corner of a terrible intersection. I was surprised to learn that the sushi here is actually very good quality. The size of the fish on each piece is well worth the money.
If you are a sushi fan, give this place a try at least once, you might come back,
I got the banger sandwich and it was very good for being so simple. The price wasn't bad at all.
I LOVE Samos so very much.
