I haven't written a review for sometime now, but I can't let Manor Window & Glass go without a 5 star review!

I messaged Mark after hours on a Friday evening, not expecting to hear back until the following Monday. Wouldn't you know, the man works overtime and got back to me immediately that evening. Probably less than an hour!

I needed a plate glass patio window replacement after our gardener had an episode with a weed whacker which sent a rock flying into it.

Long story short, Mark and his installer Frank made quick work of the replacement in less than 10 days, and it took less than 2 hours for the installation, AND they cleaned up all the broken glass. The price point was exceptional as well. I couldn't be happier, and the window is beautiful.

Friendly and great service, and wouldn't you know...Mark's installer just happened to know the gardener who broke the window. Ha! The world is very small!

I will definitely call Manor glass the next time I need a repair/replacement!

The best service you could possibly want! Sent a message through Yelp asking for a quote and got a very quick reply. I dropped off my screens (3) in the late afternoon and they were done early the next day! Spencer's provide pen, paper and tape for you to leave a message with your screens at the drop off, as well as providing different screen samples that you may want for your repairs. Since I didn't know, I let the expert decide. You leave payment in a drop box. All contact-less! A great job, and very reasonable. THANK YOU Spencer's!

I haven't written a review in a long while. Today warrants an excellent review.

A friend and I both love high tea, and traveling to different tea rooms throughout the Bay Area and beyond. Today we decided to try Sip Tea Room, and I'm so glad that we did. Out of all the High Teas that I have been to, "Sip" has made it to the top of my list.

The atmosphere is clean, open and simple, but still elegant with chandeliers, china and lace tablecloths. There are subtle hints of the U.K. throughout the room. Not overly done, and not crowded with knick knacks, hats and feather boas (which I always felt to be rather creepy, sharing those items with people that have already worn them for who knows how many times). Room to sit comfortably without being crammed against other tables, or in some places...sofas, and sale items.

The menu is not inundated with a bizillion tea choices, but the teas available should appeal to a wide range of people. The smell of freshly baked scones fils the air, making tea time even more inviting. Fresh sandwiches were all very good and on super soft bread, the sweet treats were incredible, particularly the lemon bar, and the coleslaw was very tasty. The fresh fruit included with the sweeties had PINEAPPLE...my favorite!

Service was excellent. Our wait person was as wonderful as the place itself, and we got to meet one of the owners, Paula, who gave us a little background history on "Sip". Both Paula, and her wait person are British, which to me, makes it all the more authentic and fun.

Another nice "rule" is that children are asked to remain seated. Too often I have gone to places where there are "free range chickens" who are disturbing to other patrons. Tea should be relaxing!

I could go on and on, but I won't. Others have already covered the bases.

I can't wait to go back and try some of the other items that were not included with our High Tea.

I will be very sad when the owners of Sheui-Do retire (and everyone deserves a good retirement!). The children do not want to take over the business from what I understand, and the making of Manju/Mochi is an art that is quickly disappearing. The only other place to get these fabulous Japanese desserts is in San Francisco, but Sheui-Do is #1 in my book. #2 is on the Big Island of Hawai'i...LOL, not do-able but once a year if one is lucky.

The owners and people who work here are so nice and they box everything so beautifully. It's like receiving a gift! The Manju/Mochi are so soft and fresh, they are like little clouds of happiness. ALL of them are good!

Go early, they sell out fast. It's cash only as well. This is a small shop that will close when they run out of "the goods." It would not be prudent for them to stay open just to sell packaged crackers and candies. During the summer Odon festival you can get Shave Ice...also a bonus. The line gets long though, so be prepared!

Everyone is a food critic! All in all, I loved the people, the tacos, the atmosphere the music and the beverage selection. Prices were fair when compared to other places, and I'm not talking the local taquerias, but of other upscale taco joints whom I will not name here. Parking was much easier than going further up Park Street, as you can find spots in the surrounding neighborhood. That's it. Read other reviews if you want the extreme food details, or just go try it yourself!
