U-Haul at Deer Park

The manager at U-Haul and which the van broke down, gave me three days to collect my stuff and which I had the flu and communicated to her and which extension agreement was made . I recover from the flu and come to find out that my belongings viral $2500 has been stolen out of the van that they claim they hadn't had access to. everyone knows that uhaul has a spare keys to go to vehicles that belong to that store .

Wade installed a trailer and helped me mount a bike rack. He installed the trailer quickly and went the extra mile to ensure that I knew how to correctly mount the bike rack. He's a pro and a nice person. Everyone here was very helpful.

If I could this place a negative I would! Worst place ever!!! Towed my car for no good reason. Parked there for 10 minutes there were no signs saying you can't park there came back to retrieve car and it was gone. UHaul was closed ! what a terrible thing to do on Wednesday night!!!!

This was terrible, I needed a van for moving and I was told that it would cost 29.99$ for the day only to find out hey signed me up for a 24 hour van which now is 77, then claimed I drove 125 miles which is bs because I drove to va beach and back which is 50 miles top. So after being told I was charged 25$, I was actually billed 185$... never going back

Upon arriving there was no parking available to customers...it was full. I took an empty parking spot that I knew was meant for their trailers or what not only to be met with an employee yelling at me across the parking lot. It's not like I was planning on leaving it there very long! And guess what? It was still empty when I exited the building. I moved my car into a non-existent parking spot near the other customers. Surprised I didn't get yelled at again by the parking police. We went inside, when it was my turn she had no record of us picking anything up at that location. I found her to be a little rude and short with us. I pulled up my email confirmation and read it to her that said I was picking up at the J Clyde address. No apologies or anything, just said she didn't have the truck and to go to another uhaul of which she provided the address. Fortunately, that uhaul was much more pleasant all around. It was off of Warwick Blvd. If I ever need a uhaul again, I'll be sure to avoid the j. Clyde location.
