Disclaimer: This review is not based on the actual cleaning service rather the extremely terrible customer service I received that pushed me to forego working with this company altogether.
If you're thinking of using this service, think again or better yet just don't. I bought their service off Groupon and had an extremely difficult time reaching anyone. It took almost a week for anyone to respond to my email and phone calls. After back and forth for at least a month trying to get a date locked in for a cleaning, I thought I had a date only to find out when they didn't show up that it was not booked into their system. Even after all that, I was still willing to give them a shot until I saw that my Groupon had already been redeemed WITHOUT service! For further detail (ie: play-by-play of correspondence/contact) feel free to read my response to the company's comment below, also copied below in this review. I'll also gladly post screenshots of these emails if anyone is interested.
Here are some other things to note:
1. When finally reaching someone by phone, the lady on the other end was a bit rude to me and didn't seem at all interested in trying to book anything with me.
2. Their services are super limited and have expensive add-ons (ie: pet fees). Perhaps my last cleaning service spoiled me, but this one said they won't move anything to clean and wouldn't make our beds or do our dishes. To be fair and clear though, the Groupon did state it didn't do these sort of things (ie: housecleaning services), I'm just listing this here as information for anyone looking for those services.
To be fair, as someone who has spent a lot of time in customer service, perhaps I am asking too much that a company confirms appointments and reaches out re: payment. This has always been what has been expected of me in these positions.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed in this service and won't be using or recommending them to anyone to use.

I'll gladly adjust this review to state that it is not based off of the actual cleaning service rather the sub-par customer service I received.
My initial email sent on June 2nd didn't get a response until June 7th. During that time, I tried calling and leaving voicemails with no response. As there was no major urgency for the cleaning, it wasn't a big deal and the first email I received on June 7th did apologize for the delay and from that point on response time was fairly prompt.
On June 13th, I asked for a July 6th appointment and requested confirmation. I didn't receive any and emailed again on June 28th.
On June 29th I was emailed back and asked to call. After some waiting and phone tag from July 3 to July 11, I was able to reach someone who got really frustrated with me while trying to figure out a date and services. I think it may have been we weren't hearing each others' questions, so I just let it go. Ultimately, we decided that I would forgo the Groupon deal, pay for deep cleaning services instead of doing add-ons that I was interested in and use the Groupon option at a later time. That said, I was aware the Groupon didn't include house cleaning services (confirmed via our email and phone conversation). As I was more interested in deep cleaning services, I was just stating this in my review for anyone else looking for those specific services, as I would eventually be doing on a regular basis.
On July 12th, I emailed re: a specific date and time July 25th at 8am and asked for confirmation that this was booked. I also included some questions I needed answered re: payment. I got an email back, but it didn't confirm the date/time nor did it respond to my questions re: payment. I waited for answers to the latter and never heard back and didn't realize until the day before as a reminder is set on my calendar for the appointment. So I emailed immediately re: the appointment and how I should pay.
All this said, not once had anyone reached out to me re: confirmation. I understand your decision re: giving this appointment time to someone else, but why then would the voucher be redeemed if no one ever showed up for service. In my experience, Groupon vouchers aren't redeemed until the customer and business have met.
This latter issue was ultimately what pushed me to not respond to the last email trying to reschedule.
It should have been clear to me from the beginning that you're not interested in my business, which is totally fine, but please don't try to pin all the blame on me in the this lost relationship.

You had a really hard time figuring out what type of service you needed and when you wanted the the service completed. We have over a dozen emails of you changing the date and the service you wanted. Because you wanted so many things done that are not included in a standard promotional service, to save you money from the add-one you were suggested a deep cleaning service. You were sent an email to confirm the services
After your 3rd date selection numerous service inquiries & changes, you did not respond for 12 days and at 9:44 pm the night prior to the date you had requested. At that point the time you requested had been booked by another customer because of your 12 day delay of response. You were then given another date which was the following Monday. Instead of responding to that reschedule you run to Yelp.
When your date was chosen your Groupon was redeemed. You were on our calendar twice Yet with no confirmation from you. You kept changing what and when you wanted services.
Right on the Groupon it states what we do and do not do. You bought it anyway. We are not housekeepers or Maids. Doing dishes and making beds didn't even come up on your email...That is clearly stated on the voucher in fine print also in the emails you received. Yet you still purchased the voucher.
Instead of writing inflated reviews just get a refund and find a maid. As we do not cover the services you want. We are not movers. If you want an area cleaned it must be clutter free.

This service is a scam.
The first issue is they left my home dirtier than they found it. They left a dirty kitchen rug on top of my bed. They left three balled up, wet rags in my house. It took me an hour to clean my house the next day, and I had to wash all my bedding due to dirty mats being placed on it.
The second issue that I sent an email expressing my concerns and requesting a refund. I received an enraged and volatile response. Honestly it's concerning that these people know where I live now.. I posted it below. I am a 27 y/o female in law school, I keep my house very clean. The email was pretty wild.

Streaks everywhere! I'm not sure what kind of cleaner this company uses but there were streaks on our stainless appliances, bathroom floor, sink counter top, coffee table and bathroom wall. The latter, I don't even understand, because their website explicitly says that they don't clean walls. It took me 30 minutes to go around the apartment and make it look like the place was cleaned.
We're looking for a reliable cleaning service and sadly we haven't found them yet. I went with this outfit because they're local and they were offering a Living Social deal. I figured, hey, even if they do a half-assed job, I would have only paid half the price. I wasn't expecting to have to spend my time going around cleaning up their mess.

That's unfortunate you had that experience. Had you made it clear there was an issue with cleaning we would have rectified it with a lead crew recleaning your location. Our cleaners are not to leave until the customers are satisfied.
Without any information about your service I have a hard time figuring out when and where this occurred or who provided your service.

I totally agree with customer below.
I also bought their services with Groupon. I can't get hold of them and they won't call me back. Left numerous messages, but I guess customers are not important to them. On top of that... They don't even work on weekends. What cleaning service would not work on weekends? Now I have to figure out what to do with my Groupon, since those morons won't give my money back. Shady business. Do NOT purchase any Groupon for this business or have them clean you home. First off, 30 minutes late to an appointment and I had to call after scheduled time started to find out where they were. Second, I had to ask them to finish dusting, and it was only wiped off with a dirty towel. My shower wasn't even cleaned, only wiped off, and my bathroom & kitchen floors have streaks of dirt which looks like she dragged dirt every where. I purchased this service off of Groupon cause I had no time to clean my home before hosting a holiday event. I live in a small two bedroom apartment, my 6 year old could have wiped things off better than this cleaning service.

I can't express enough how very pleased I am with their work! I am a design/build contractor, and hired Sunshines on a referral from a friend to clean the home I had finished remodeling. Not only did they make my new work shine, every crack & crevice of the existing home was cleaned spotless! Looks & smells great! My clients said they thought they had a new home! When I booked the appointment they ask about specifics, materials, flooring etc., so be clear describing your space, it pays off as they knew some of what to expect so they came with everything they needed. Highly recommend, worth every dollar, nice & efficient.

Super bummed, wanted to buy the Groupon, but to me look like that they only served businesses. I called to make sure that they would come to my house, too. Lady on the other end was super rude, and had an attitude. Can't say much about their service, but their customer service needs some SERIOUS work. Only giving two starts because she answered the phone quickly.

Terrible customer service. I bought their Groupon and after leaving several messages I was able to book an appointment for this morning at 10. By 11 when they hadn't shown up I called and was told there was no appointment because I was out of their service area. They had left me a message last Thursday which I did return to confirm the appointment but as usual was only able to leave a message. On Groupon it says they come to Anaheim but she told me I was 29 miles away from them. I looked on google maps and its actually 18. She said they could still come but would charge me more. After not telling me they weren't coming in the first place and making me waste my time waiting around for them?! Very unprofessional.

This business has horrific customer service. I purchased a voucher on Living Social. I scheduled a cleaning, and they were a no-show. They did not contact me to tell me why. I contacted them three times regarding the matter, and they would not respond. I finally started over and tried to contact them as a new customer that needed cleaning, and they responded with an appointment time. However, they pulled another no-show, and have not responded to my contact. In addition they said when they scheduled a cleaning that I would have to pay $15 because I have a pet. This was not mentioned in the ad. I would give 0 stars if it were an option.

After paying & scheduling I was told that because I have a cat, I needed to leave a check for an additional charge of $15 per visit, there was no mention of this in the ad. I contacted Groupon & they said I should not have to pay it. But guess what? I had to or they would cancel the cleaning (with no time left to get another cleaner in)
Today was the day for my second cleaning but they have not told me when they were going to be here and were not answering the phone so I just called Groupon again.... Sunshine redeemed my entire 2 cleaning voucher after only one cleaning!
In addition, one of the cleaners arrived late and I wish I could post the photos of the way they left my bathroom!
