Extremely friendly Manager, super quick process to get a storage unit. One of the cleanest storage facilities I have ever used in the bay area in the last 30 years.
I'd recommend this place.

I use Security Public often for clients who are getting their home ready to sell or use while doing some renovations. I've always received stellar service.

I've had one to two units here over the last 9 months. I was storing my excess supplies and art from my business and wanted a place that was as clean and safe as possible. The staff were always super professional and helpful, but also just very positive all the time. I finally got around to building a storage shed at home, so I'm moving my things out of the unit now.

No hassles about adding my husband to paperwork, being a day or so late the first month when I got mixed up about logging in to pay online the first time, and a very congenial attitude about prorating my rent the last month while moving out on an odd day.

I probably should have did a little more investigating before moving in, however due to all the fires and other disasters storage in northern cali is scarce so I took what I could find. what I wish i would have noticed was the dozens of rodent traps everywhere in the complex. I think this probably has a lot to do with 1) them allowing wine storage there 2) them catering to the local wine industry who routinely store equipment there thats probably not clean and is attracting the mice. 3) its surrounded by grapes. I moved my house full of stuff in, in January then moved out east for lockdown before returning recently to find everything covered in mouse urine and poop. The smell alone will be forcing me to throw away almost all my furniture and close no store in sealed crates and wraps. Thankfully they made me get insurance, but cant wait to try and claim damage and see what happens. This place should seriously be burned to the ground and rebuilt with less holes everywhere so the mice cant take back over. Are there some good things about it yes but sadly the loss of so much outweighs the good.

The place itself was clean and open. We are using a 10x15 but with the height of the unit it's more like 10x20!! Highly recommend this place!

Clean, good temp control for wine and friendly staff. We were able to move in on a Saturday right before closing with no issues.
