Would not recommend them. They push to put a deposit down. They messed up on financial referral as well.

8/2016 We signed up. we are still trying to get our permit. and I'm ready to fire Reality Homes. yes, if we do we lose whatever money we put down, and prob more. read the fine print, I prob promised them my first born and didn't see it.
they have a "base price" seems good. the model is nice. oh, you want doors with that? oh, you want a roof? oh, did you think floors or door knobs came with it? HA! fool!!!
we are now getting "bills." $250. for NOT taking their countertop. as in we SAVED them money by saying we will get our own countertop. the guy did not tell us about that fee. in fact the sales guy, named Guy, recommended we get our own, "to save money." $11,500 for "upgrades" "$3000" price increase. oh, gee, sorry. $5000 for long distance travel fee. we are building 60 miles away. try to get Derick on the phone - JOKE!! lol. nope. now they want extra for our joists to support the heater. never mentioned that before. and so on and on and on. and we have not even STARTED YET!!!! I'm scared.
5/21/17 update: on facebook, I said a few things... frustration, delays, they deleted my comments and blocked me from posting. oh well.
we now have a foundation. and the framing is started. I love the foundation and so far, the framing. thank goodness the workers are REAL contractors and carpenters!!!
there was an 8 week delay after the foundation and before framing, they LIED and said "waiting on engineering" and on FB they said "waiting for you to backfill" which is a LIE. we had backfilled already.
they never return phone calls.
if it gets done, this year, I will be happy. there is a TON of things you have to do yourself that they do not tell you about. and add $100,000 to whatever they tell you for costs.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Aug 30, 2016Previous reviewWe signed up. we are still trying to get our permit. and I'm ready to fire Reality Homes. yes, if we do we lose whatever money we put down, and prob more. read the fine print, I prob promised them my first born and didn't see it.

My husband and I went in to the office and checked out house plans. We came across a plan we both like and the sales lady said of we put a deposit down they were having two specials going on that we would get. She was a bit rushing as she mentioned several times her kids were at home. One of the packages included appliances. I got up in the show room house and opened up the frig, and asked her if this was the frig, I asked more than once and was assured it was. Than shortly after we were informed one of the packages was a mistake and we were asked to release them of one of the packages so we did. We got permits as we were told and went with a bank we were referred to and 7 months later and several thousand dollars later the bank informed us that we had to have our mobile home / land package needed to be paid off first before we could get a building loan. The bank said it was a new rule or an old rule that was never informed. For real? This is what these people do for a living. We did as requested but would never of gotten permits etc if we hadn't been so misinformed.
