Money Saver Mini Storage

We absolutely loved this storage unit. Yes, it's slightly more than maybe others, but they don't constantly raise their prices! They have really good units and those units have lights in them (other storage places we had no lights). We also loved being able to go until 10pm. Most places close at 8pm and we did a lot more stuff at night so it worked better for us. To move your stuff in they offer to let you use their truck which was so useful for us. They were also very friendly and kind to us.

The only reason we are there is because its close to our home but otherwise we would not be there. We have 3 storage units 2 there 1 at another company.

They increase the price often and when it snows even a little bit i.e. a few inches they close the facility with no notice or email to clients..

Last year 3.5 inches of snow and i could not get into my storage to get our gear because the manager said the owner wanted it closed.. why have storage and pay more and more and more for it when its not even available when you need it...

People are nice but policies and sudden price hikes are not, as of now there is no inclement weather policy that you can depend on its all subjective. If you have another choice consider it, if not dont depend on getting to your stuff easily as they make it tougher than it needs to be.

Had my storage until there for 5 years, office staff are nice but the price is raised every year and now is ridiculously high. Not competitive to anyone (money saver, that's a joke right?)!!! After paying my monthly rent and then receiving the rate increase letter, I decided to find a less expensive place and move my belonging out of the unit by the 4th of the month . Terry, from the office, called and told me that I would not get any refund because "they don't do that anymore". If I would have known that they are unfair like that I wouldn't have cleaned the trash and spider webs out. It's poor business to treat your customers like that.

Prices here are competitive and the spaces are big and dry. I got a unit to store furniture while I look for a new place and this place provides a FREE moving truck the day you need it. Terri, the front desk manager is helpful, attentive and answers any questions one might have. Nice location, nice storage rooms, no reason to go anywhere else.
