Casey Slack is not an honest businessman and their warranty is not backed up by anything. If you get poor work (as we did--it began to immediately rust), they'll do nothing about it, and blame it on you. Do not use this business.

I had a pink tub don't ask me why when my house was built in the 90s but I looked at the cost of removing this tub and I could not afford it. I had cracks in my tub and it was a very ugly site I had miracle methods come in, and they made it look brand new. For a fraction of the cost.

We had our countertops and bathtub resurfaced and are very happy with the tub but we are not happy about the counters. First the counters started warping and swelling when water was left on them. Now they show stains from coffee! We are very frustrated. They took 3 visits to fix the first problem and now we have to address the stains.

Other than moving our stuff out it was sup easy. We took a couple of days to go camping so we would not be in the way and to be away from the chemical smell. By the time we cam home there was NO smell; just like the technician said. The technician was Marcos and he was GREAT! He was on-time, very polite, clean and professional. He did a perfect job. We also had a our bathtub done and LOVE it! So much better that before and less expensive that replacing.

Absolute worst customer service experience with a contractor I have ever experienced. The work looked good online so I gave them a call and was met with assumptive, aggressive, obnoxious service that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemies. I will never give them business and I will be telling all my friends to avoid this business like the plague.

November 28, 2018 I hired Miracle Method to refinish my kitchen counters. I met with Troy Nunez on this day for him to look at the job and give me an estimate. On of my main questions was if this was suitable for a manufactured home. He said yes it was. I signed the contract and was scheduled for December 10th for the job to start. The job was completed on December 12th, 2018 and the balance was paid in full. On July 1st I contacted the company because of a number of cracks in my counter top. I sent pictures per the companies request and was schedule for a visit on July 3rd to have them look at the cracks. Casey, who was one of the installers on the job came to look at the counters. He said it is rare that this happens and is generally installer error. He jokingly said that since he was the installer it was his error. He said it would be a two day job to do the repairs and that he would have the office call me to schedule when it would be repaired. I advised him that since this is a part time residence for me that it would have to be done when I returned in August and that I would be available from August 4 - 24. I never received a call so I followed up. Casey called me back on July 31st to tell me that it would NOT be covered because there were no chips. I sent Lacey in the office a picture of the chips in the counter and spoke with her the following day. She said the General Manager said I could pay a $75 charge for them to come out and look at them again but if it does not fall under the warranty, which clearly states "any failure of adhesion" is covered, then I would have to pay the charge, If they felt it was covered it would be reimbursed. I said no, it has already been looked at and I was told it fell under the warranty and would be scheduled. I asked for the General Manager to call me back yesterday and as of today have not received a call.

The workers were very friendly and professional. We had an issue with the surround & the tub but it was resolved very quickly and to our satisfaction. The Miracle method was the finishing touch and solution to our bath remodel.

We are perfectly thrilled with the work your tech has done for us in refinishing the bathtub in our newly remodeled bathroom. We originally intended to replace the tub, but then looked into refinishing (waste not, want not). When Sean arrived to begin work he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He approached the job with conscientiousness and made quite the positive impression. He can be proud of his work and his company can be proud to have such a professional young man representing it. Because of him we will think of Miracle Method first should we have more work to be done in future. The bathtub looks amazing.

We had a bathroom refinished recently. Everything was great upon completion, accept customer service. We had a small issue with the service and Tina was incredibly rude and uncompromising in her approach. We have two more bathrooms we were planing to have them refinish tile in, but will not use or recommend in the future.
