Run dont walk to get your car serviced here! The customer service is iver the top, Christian took care of my car that i almost blew up, in my defense I must say I'm just a girl who thought my car was magic and didnt need servicing. Meineke is my go to now and with all the deals you should service your car!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND I'm a new customer. Found it only because I had eaten at a restaurant next to them. The entire group of employees are friendly and professional. Took my car in because the right front side shakes when going over 40 MPH. They found the problem and showed me in detail what the problem was. Showed me the parts that needed replacement. Once they advised what all needed to be done, I was thinking oh great this looks like it going to be very expensive. Nope! It was less than half of what I was thinking. Excellent Customer Service. Kevin Lopez the Assistant Manager also showed me in great detail what the invoice meant. He's very friendly and courteous. Also, since it was going to take a few hours and Uber/Lift was not accessible at the time, they took me home and picked me up when the car was done. Thank you Meineke for great service. Great auto care center. The staff is AMAZING! Chris, especially. I unfortunately had a mishap with one of their products and the way they handled it was awesome. Let me state, my mishap had NOTHING to do with their workmanship. When I had called to report what happened, the FIRST thing that Chris asked was if I was ok. That meant so much to me. Never do you have a reaction like that when you call to complain. That changed the whole vibe to my problem. Chris went above and beyond. He is an absolute asset to customer service in this world.

My check engine light came on and I went right away. Mice had gotten into the wiring. They diagnosed, and repaired my job quickly. They sent me pictures of the damage. I got my car back the next day. I live close enough that they were able to give me a ride while they worked on my car. The shop was clean. Everyone was very kind and considerate!

You are absolutely right ! We have tone of good reviews that are taken down by Yelp Comp. itself ,they are forcing businesses to pay them hundreds of dollars in order to keep up good ones ,this company is not regulated and has tones of lawsuits
I have had people leaving reviews that were never in my business or in town of Fallbrook ,it is very sad and disturbing .
Thank You again and Happy New Years !Dec 28, 2017Previous reviewMy car had a rough start today. So I checked the oil. There was no oil! I went here in a panic because they are very close by. The oil fill is not in a great place, and even if I had extra oil on hand, I did not have the the long funnel required. They did not have anyone available to do an oil "change". But they helped me non-the-less. They were polite and kind. And the price could not have been better. I would be suspicious of the negative reviews by people that are not even locals. I was impressed and will be back. Thank you for the excellent service.

They charge twice as much for an oil change and they wouldn't honor my Meineke coupon.

Upon further review I had my car looked at and the upper hose for the radiator wasn't put on tight enough causing coolant splash on my belt. Making me replace it. Parts of my inifiti seem to be missing.. pretty suspect.., I am fuming...

Paid for an oil change and I checked the oil and it was dirty and on the same level($102). When I dropped my car off. Also grossly over paid for parts. Hoses that together would equal maybe $100 dollars along had a $300 premium on top almost the same cost as the labor($455)+($425) hoses. All to have the code light come back on..I guess lesson learned. I was excited to have a local shop to trust.. too bad.

Went in for a vehicle inspection. The place REEKS of cigarette smoke. I kept smelling my clothes after leaving to make sure I didn't smell like it. But they wanted to charge me $65 for an inspection!! Jiffy Lube is a fraction of the price. Needless to say I left.

BLUF; complete maintenance negligence almost led to engine seizure
Brought my car here on Saturday 16 April 2022. I made an appointment two days prior, over the phone, for 0900 Saturday morning. I showed up at 0855 and the gentleman at the front desk took my info and got me into the system. He was very friendly and was the only positive experience from this entire ordeal. My car wasn't taken back until 1005. Over an hour to get my car in to start work when I had a hard scheduled appointment... When I addressed the fact that there is no point in making an appointment if walk ins go first, the other gentleman at the desk said "we double book our appointments online so you have to call to avoid from that" to which the friendly gentleman said "he did that..." He then apologized to me. Anyways.. least of my problems...
I finally got the oil changed and went home to drop my Kia K5 off and take the jeep out. The following morning (Sunday Easter morning) we pulled out of the garage in the K5 and I thought there was a massive puddle under the car from water or something.. come to find out it was a giant puddle of oil. I parked the car in the drive way and we took the jeep since it already made us late. Came back home and there was now a large puddle of oil on the driveway under the car. I put the car up on my ramps and not only were 3 of the 7 panel fasteners not fully screwed in and just hanging out but oil was everywhere.. I took all the panels totally off and found that the drain plug bolt was literally HANGING on by less than 2 threads and oil was free flowing from it. How is this a shop that SPECIALIZES in oil changes and they forget to screw in the drain plug? That is literally 1 of 3 steps in an oil change. So not only did I pay $105 for an oil change, but I lost half my oil, and had to do it myself in the end anyways. Had I not checked or simply driven my car this place would have caused for serious damage to my vehicle. I also now have to replace two of the stall mats in my garage as they are ruined from all the oil and the undersjdes are filled with oil. Absolutely unacceptable. I scheduled an inspection on Meineke's website to start driving for Lyft. I showed up early by about 30 minutes, and the gentleman was friendly and responsive. I asked what was needed of me and was told only the inspection form from Lyft. I thought it was too easy. I asked again what else if anything, I needed to provide but was told that was all and it would be about 35 minutes for completion. I stepped away and waited about the time they set. I went in to get my keys, and a different guy with an unpleasant attitude said it would be $65. I said whoa! Nobody said anything about that price. The Lyft app doesn't show a fee for their location. Other places showed as low as $19. They tried to make it seem my fault for not being informed about their rate when they didn't even give a monetary estimate. At that point, the inspection was complete, and I had committed my time and vehicle. They were not upfront, and then they treated me like I wanted an expensive service for free. I let them know I didn't expect it to be free, but they needed to resolve the handling of their business by telling customers upfront about the costs. I asked if they would price match Jiffy Lube, but they declined because the location is not in Fallbrook. I found that Meineke in Temecula had a rate of $29.95, and we settled at that rate.
