Jerry Jones was very helpful with our lawn sprinkler system problem
We tried two other services for the same reason and it wasn't till Jerry Jones looked at the sprinklers that the problem was solved.

He is the best. We moved here and mid-May irrigation system in our new home was completely shot. No one else would even come out to give me a bid. He came out got the project done in a timely fashion and kept art gardens from dying on me from hand watering for 4 to 5 hours a day over our very hot summer. He does quality work, his crew is friendly and thorough and he stands by his work.

After moving into our new home, we weren't excited to see how wonky our sprinkler and drip system was. The last thing we wanted to hear would be to replace the whole system. Jerry and I walked the yard, discussed watering goals and game plan. He troubleshooted and identified our zones and reprogrammed our timer. We hired him to replace and redirect sprinkler heads, cap off unused lines and move a hose bib off the main lawn back to our fence line. Since then he's been out a few times to repair unexpected issues such as line breaks caused by yard work or replace existing aging pieces. Was great that he could repair what we already had not hard sell a whole new irrigation system. Would recommend. Happy landscaping!

I think this is my third review on Yelp, not a fan of doing this. Yet, I had such a great experience with Jerry Jones coming and repairing my irrigation system at my home, I must do this. I have had two other companies try to fix my sprinkler systems over the last three years, and never has been done right. Calle Jerry's company Saturday, told them not an emergency, and he showed up Monday at 9:30am, and had me fixed in less than an hour, doing more then I asked for. The price was amazingly low, which I am very thankful for. Honest, explained everything he did and what I will need to do in the future. Did not try to upsell me. One of the best experiences I have had in my 66 years with a contractor, no the best, call Jerry :)

We couldn't recommend Jerry highly enough. In late summer we had an issue with our front sprinklers not going off. Jerry came out, got the sprinklers up and running in no time, helping to save our lawn from becoming truly brown.

Unfortunately during that process, one of the pipes coming off our main line to our sprinklers popped off at a connection, causing a large flood to rise up in our front yard. Jerry was quick to get the water shutoff at the street and then connect me with the right people to get the leak diagnosed that afternoon. He also left us with a water meter key so we could turn the water back on when we needed to flush our toilets (ever home owner should buy one - they're $15 at Home Depot/Lowes/Ace). Once the leak was diagnosed, he and his team came back the next day, dug up the line, put in new connections, and patched up the grass good as new!

Jerry was a great partner throughout the process and really went above and beyond to make sure that the problem was fixed as quickly as possible. Popping a pipe in our front yard and subsequently being stuck at home without running water wasn't our favorite experience, but we're happy that Jerry was around to make it a little easier.

Jerry Jones is fantastic! We recently had our front yard redone, and Jerry did the irrigation on it. We shelled out the extra money for the fancy (underground fed) drip and sprinkler system (the other options being: no drip, or all overland drip system attached to the hose bib on the front of our house), and couldn't be happier.

Jerry and his crew did a great job, and even future-proofed the whole system so we can add other parts of our yard(s) later, which I have done (a few areas) by adding my own drip lines to the underground lines Jerry buried.

I had some issues with the irrigation (someone turned off the line coming in from the street at some point without telling us), and I also needed some specialized supplies they don't sell at hardware stores by us, to append my own drip areas to the underground lines. Every time I've needed help/supplies, Jerry has shown up promptly, happy to help. He's happy to talk with you about what type of grass you have, how tall it "likes to be" and how often to water it, etc.

The hundreds of dollars(+) worth of plants in our front yard are growing like mad, and have been throughout the summer, while I hang out and play with my infant. No need to stand around with a hose trying to keep them alive, move sprinklers around incessantly, or fiddle with hose-bib drip timers that have to be brought in for the winter (and leak all over).

I recently hired his company to winterize my sprinkler system and to install path lights along my front entrance. Jerry is a pleasure to work with and he took care of all of the details. He is professional, prompt and courteous and does a great job. Highly recommended.

I found Jerry via a Google search and Yelp reviews, and I can't recommend him enough! We returned from a vacation to find that our sprinklers hadn't been working and our lawn was nearly dead. It was my great luck that Jerry happened to be in my neighborhood when I called. He took time out of his busy schedule to stop by and fix our system that very morning.

Jerry is our go-to expert for the sprinkler system, and just a great guy to work with, to boot. He readily shares his knowledge and tips on landscaping and effective irrigation, while apparently able to fix about anything he encounters. In other words: highly recommended.
