This is the best place to be if you want to save some money. The managers are great and super helpful! The gate is open 6 A M. - 8:00 P.M. 7 days a week. The best way to find out what you want is to go in and ask them. They are really great people and willing to help .

My storage space rental just doubled from $35 to $65 for a very small closet size space. This would be the 4th month that I have been there. I moved in on an "internet special' and was charged approximately $85.00 for the first month (this included the discounted monthly charge of 35 plus a lock which was 20 + a $30 admin fee. So Jan 85.00, Feb 35.00 , march 35.00 and now April is 65.00. I remember asking when the promotional rate would end and the man who was helping me said after 4 months. The assistant manager that just assisted me on the phone also said after 4 months. Well, this is month 4 and by my math May would be month 5 (after month 4). She told me that since I moved in on Dec 29th that that counted as a month. Well lets see .. if you bill me from the 29th to the 29th then dec 29 to jan 29 is one month .... jan 29 to feb 29 is two months. feb 29 to march 29 (yesterday) is 3 months and then yesterday to april 29 would be 4 months. She said thats just how it is ... so I said consider this my notice. Im moving this month anyway but I dont really care for company's that take advantage. This is month 4 and the special rate was to be in effect for at least that long.
Thanks Extra Storage for the Extra Charges ! Oh, the spaces are not very secure and they are not climate controlled. I give it 2 stars for honesty.

Very easy to get a unit and Maria was very helpful! She gave a a tour and answered all of my questions. Very friendly staff member.

Warren the Manager was absolutely helpful in getting all my questions Answered! He went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met! I will definitely be recommending this storage facility to friends and Family!

Warren, the Manager at the Mission location, in Riverside is the BEST!!! He assisted me with a storage unit rental today. He is both profession and personable and made this such a quick and smooth transaction! I started moving in right away. A great place to rent storage. Thank you again Warren!

They have a VERY responsive person on site to answer any questions. It couldn't be better!

I just went to storage last week to clean out, I also found dead baby mouse. Also, I see a lot of debris around the storage. Once I get everything out then I will close the account and never look back.

Didn't provide any help when storage unit was broken into this year. Not even a simple security cameras check up. The thieves handpick the lock and flip over the lock and locked it when they stolen the valuables. Even with insurance, they couldn't do because the lock wasn't "broken". Wouldn't recommend to anyone.. Someone can pick your lock and simply get away with it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: MY UNIT WAS INFESTED WITH MICE/ MOUSE POOP- TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I rented a small unit for a total of 6 months. I really only needed the unit to store a couch that I looked forward to using when I got into my new place. There were also a few other boxes in the unit. As soon as I opened it, I saw mouse poop and urine all over my items. There was poop all through out the couch pillows and cushions, despite it being well covered with fitted sheets. The couch is no longer in any condition to use at this point. I spent over $800 dollars in the past 6 months on this unit which was evidently a waste of my money considering the fact that I cannot even use the couch. When I complained about it to the store manager, he was very rude. He did not seem like he cared to help me, nor hear my complaints. He directed me to my insurance policy saying that they will probably just clean the couch. However, he made it very clear to me that he did not consider this his problem and did not care to discuss it any further with me by walking away while I was still talking to him. Still waiting on my insurance claim, but the way it looks at this point is that I wasted $800 and I still need to buy a new couch. Don't give them you're business, you'll regret it!
Keep in mind that the photos are after taking off the fitted sheet and that there was poop literally inside of the couch, which I was unable to capture.

Haven't had any issues. Storage unit was nice and clean. Property appears to be well maintained. Would recommend.
