As all can see Ashley responded to this review & requested I contact her. She can't be found in the corporate phone directory. This is nothing but this company trying to save face.

I have a recorded phone conversation as well as voice mails to back up my story as detailed below. I have spoken with Ryan Bonner on numerous occasions trying to recover my memories. His last voice mail indicates the buyers are 'Hispanic' and maybe don't understand his voice mails. We live in California which is majority Hispanic and he can't find someone to translate?

The onsite manager lied to me! He tried to make it up by calling me to say it was being auctioned 5 days AFTER he said the earliest this unit would come up was December.

My memories were sold. This includes diplomas, funeral books, 35 years of ornaments marking milestones, my Mom's Barbie collection, my Dad's favorite jacket, pictures, scrapbooks etc.

Tons of this has no value to anyone but my family.

My heart is broken & I cry every time I think about it. What price can you put on this emotional devastation? I'll be suing out of principle. But this won't make it up in my heart.

DONT LISTEN TO ONSITE MANAGERS. They have no authority to let you know ANYTHING. And even if they do? Doesn't matter.....

Find a storage company who allows their onsite managers to actually check the status and if they can't check status MAKE SURE THEY WILL TELL YOU THIS. RYAN Bonner said the onsite manager has NO AUTHORITY TO EVEN TALK TO YOU ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT.

My advice is find a facility where the local people have some control. I had used this facility for close to 6 years dutifully paying their 110 per month.....

I was behind on rent. I admit this.

Leon, the on site manager on 1330 Coffee Road in Bakersfield CA advised I was good until December.

On November 3 at 10am he called to say my unit was being auctioned off. I was in a meeting.

I immediately called corporate. They said they'd attempt to recover my lifelong memories.

Leon told them he never talked to me. He lied.

Lost a lifetime of memories.

Don't trust the onsite managers. Apparently they know nothing. At all. If you get in a situation where you're behind, call corporate. Not that they'll do anything either because they gave me the run around too, but at least you'll stand a chance.

I spent hours and hours searching on every site I could think of to find these buyers and offer them more money than they could have possibly paid for this unit. No luck......

Christine and Ian at this location were beyond helpful and so customer friendly. I have had to put off getting into my storage unit at this location for over a month and they were so helpful in holding my super large unit for me until I was able to finally get my furnishing moved down here. I love the staff and the facility is definitely well maintained. I highly recommend this locate to store your belonging or anything thing that needs to be stored. I would give this location 10 stars if I could. Again a big thanks to Christine and Ian you two are truly an asset to this company.

I was calling around for quotes and the individual who answer the phone was very rude. Talked to me as if I were stupid for searching storage units and asking if the one I saw online was available still. Also, rudely just hung up the phone. You would think someone calling to give them business that they would be a little more helpful or friendly.

Secured and cleaned location, reliable storage units. Really helpful employees, thinking about singing up for a second unit. Prices are reasonable.

They refused to let the family of someone who died pay the balance on his unit so they could get back their loved ones property. How low is that!? Obviously Derrel's felt that they could make more money than the balance owed by selling the deceased's property.
Talk about no compassion.

Great customer service fast and easy. The man that helped us was so sweet and gave us so much information I was nervous after visiting a couple other places but glad we decided to come here
